 Problems Identified at Site
 More Leakage up to 23.3% - (Worn Out Sector plates, More Run
out in Circumferential Sealing Surface, Axial seal plate – not
concentric to rotor)
 More Pressure Drop
(Chokage in the Heating elements at the bottom of the hot end
elements and top of the hot intermediate elements and corroded
cold end baskets)
 High Vibration in Main Drive Gear Box – (Pin space in the last
segment is around 5mm more. Hence pinion engagement not
smooth)

housing. Seal air connection not given to air seal housing.
