Materials and construction characteristic :
Body and bonnet – made of nodualr iron GJS-500-7 at
PN16 and grey iron GJL-250 at PN10, body with wedge
drawing profiles that prevent wedge against deviation from
the axis,
Flanges – acc to EN 1090-2:1999,
Bonnet – connected with body by four screws secured
against corrosion,
Spindle – made of stainless steel 1.4021 with rolled thread,
Bearing - sealing sleeve – guarantee spindle multi-sealing
and possibility of seals replacing under pressure,
Wedge – made of nodular iron GJS-500-7, fully covered by
EPDM or NBR rubber. Wedge is shaped to guerantee low
friction during often closing and long life,
Rubber sealing NBR – Upper shaped O-ring placed at
spindle prevents against external impurities,
Bottom spindle seals – O-rings NBR guarantee
leakproofness by placing in material corrosion resistant,
Tulejka i wkrętka – wykonana z tarnamidu , wydłuŜają
prowadzenie trzpienia, współpracują z o-ringami
gwarantując szczelność.

Application :

In installations: for water, portable water and other inert fluids to flow closing max. 60 º C,

Suitable to direct underground installation,

Fully secured against corrosion with powder paint designed to direct contact with drinking water

Minimum paint level 250 µm colour RAL 5015,

Production repeatability and quality guarantee accordance to EN ISO 9001:2008,

Hygienic atest by PZH.
