(CSO)

Civil Security Office (CSO) is the office that endure discipline managed by well
trained personnel responsible in safeguarding government properties as well as
enforcing traffic laws and ordinance, and in line with the city’s core values to support
the total development of the city. Our office is committed to enforce laws and
ordinance to prevent and control crimes and to maintain peace and order, and to ensure
public safety and to protect government building and properties. The civil security
office is responsible for providing an overt unarmed security presence. He/she will
carry out all unarmed guarding duties to high standard with current MOD, MGGS and
Unit/ Establishment orders.
The key duties of a CSO can vary from site to site like customers care,
controlling vehicular and pedestrian access and exit from site to site, patrolling
on foot and in a vehicles, searching of baggage, personnel, building and open
areas, escorting visitors controlling traffic, checking identity, writing reports on
breaches off security or defects, dealing with demonstration and intruders,
safeguarding classified information and materials, cooperating with other security
providers, operating and communicating effectively over the telephone, reporting
safety hazards and accidents in accordance with current instructions, carrying out,
if required initial action at the scene of any incident.
On or about the first day of our On-the Job Training (OJT) October 14, 2019 at
Civil Security Office (CSO) Bais City, I arrived at exactly 6:45 am, then at exactly 7:00
am we sign in the attendance at the Task Force Office. Afterwards Criminology Intern
KM Villanueva call us to form us then Mr. Fernando Eregil discussed what is the
meaning of Civil Security Office (CSO), afterwards he introduce Mr. Tereseto Llera the
head of the Task Force and a retired PNP personnel. Afterwards Mr. Teresito Llera
divided us into two groups and give us an instruction what are we going to do,
afterwards Criminology Intern Palomar our team leader divided us and I assigned at the
entrance area together with my Co-Intern Climaco Capa, and at exactly 11:00 am we go
to Task Force Office for signing out of attendance and prepare for proper dismissal.
On or about the second day of our On-the Job Training (OJT) October 15, 2019 at
Civil Security Office (CSO) Bais City, I arrived at exactly 6:45 am then at exactly 7:00
am we sign in the attendance at the Task Force Office, afterwards we find shelter
together with my co-interns waiting until the rain stop. When the rain has been stopped
we go to our designated together with my co-intern Climaco Capa and we survey to the
parking area checking if the motorcycles are properly parked or not, afterwards we go
back to our designated area and warned those motorcycle riders who exit in the entrance
area. Afterwards at exactly 11:00 am we go to Task Force Office for signing out of
attendance and prepare for proper dismissal.
On the third day of our On-the Job Training (OJT) October 16, 2019 at Civil
Security Office (CSO) Bais City, I arrived at exactly 7:00 am then directly to the Task
Force Office for signing in the attendance together with my co-interns, afterwards we
go to our designated area together with my co-intern Climaco Capa and survey to the
parking area if the motorcycles are properly parked or not, afterwards we go back to our
designated area and warned the motorcycle riders who exit in the entrance area. And at
exactly 11:00 am we go to Task Force Office for signing out of attendance and prepare
for proper dismissal.
On the fourth day of our On-the Job Training (OJT) October 17, 2019 at Civil
Security Office (CSO) Bais City. I arrived at exactly 6:50 am and at exactly 7:00 am we
sign in the attendance in the Task Force Office, afterwards we go our designated area
together with my co-intern Climaco Capa and survey in the parking area if the
motorcycles are properly parked or not, afterwards we go back to our designated area
and warned those motorcycle rides not to exit in the entrance area. And then at exactly
11:00 am we go to Task Force Office for signing out of attendance and prepare for
dismissal.
On the fifth day of our On-the Job Training (CSO) Bais City, I arrived at exactly
6:50 am and at exactly 7:00 am we sign in the attendance in the Task Force Office
afterwards Criminology Intern Palomar divided us to duty in the area of the evacuation
center and I assigned at the main door of the evacuation together with my co-intern
Climaco Capa and Arvin Saga and then we go to the main door, afterwars at exactly
11:00 am we ge to the Task Force Office for signing out the attendance and prepare for
dismissal.
On the sixth day of our On-the Job Training (OJT) at Civil Security Office (CSO)
Bais City, I arrived at exactly 6:55 am and at exactly 7:00 am we sign in the attendance
in the Task Force Office, afterwards we go to our designated area together with my co-
interns Climaco Capa and Arvin Saga and at around 10:00 am the Task Force Personnel
asked for an help to load the at there service vehicles then after loading the chairs we
bring it to the NORSU Campus 2 and when we arrived, we unload the chairs and
arrange, afterwards we go back to the evacuation at exactly 11:15 am and then at
exactly 11:20 am we sign out the attendance and prepare for proper dismissal.
On the eight day of our On-the Job Training (OJT) October 21, 2019 at Civil
Security Office (CSO) Bais City. I arrived at exactly 6:50 am and at exactly 7:00 am we
sign in the attendance in the Task Force Office, afterwards we go to our designated area
at the main door of the evacuation together with my co-interns Climaco Capa and Arvin
Saga and survey in the parking area if there is motorcycle who are not properly parked
and warned the motorcycle riders no to beside the evacuation afterwards we go back to
our designated area, afterwards at exactly 11:00 am we sign out the attendance and
prepare for dismissal.
On the last day of our On-the Job (OJT) Training October 25, 2019 at Civil
Security Office (CSO) Bais City, I arrived at eexactly 6:40 am and at exactly 7:00 am
we sign in the attendance, afterwards we go to our designated area together with my co
interns Climaco Capa and Arvin Saga then we go to the beside of the evacuation center
checked if there is motorcycle that has been parked, afterwards we go back to our
designated are and at exactly 10:00 am we have our documentation in front of the Task
Force Office and inside of the office then Mr. Teresito Llera have a short message and
advice to us, afterwards we sign out the attendance and prepare for dismissal.
