Project Description : At this project, the mechanical design and the detailed manufacturing drawings of 2
nos scrubbers in different sizes were realised within “Scala in-house built excel sheets for ASME Section VIII
Div. 2 Standard” computer program and Finite Elements. The standard considered for the calculations is
ASME Sec. VIII Div.2
Dimensions of the scrubbers are:
a - 1 no Granulator Scrubber having a dimension of 5670(w) x 19500(h) x 25000(l) with pyramidal shape for
inlet and outlet sections and prismatic shape for middle section.
b- 1 no Cooler Scrubber having a dimension of 3500(w) x 11500(h) x 23000(l) with pyramidal shape for inlet
and outlet sections and prismatic shape for middle section .
