I was responsible for the supervision of bag drop, frontal desk, housekeeping and green
management operations where I had learned to work along many individuals optimally and be

I was given the responsibilities to handle hard cash and manage the cash flow also take care of
the customers while receiving them at the counter. I got to learn the various ways of cash flow

 I have a strong communicational skill and
converse fluently in English, Malay as well
as Tamil and a little of Japanese.
 I have great sense of leadership to lead and
supervise a team in a successful manner.
 I have been certified by the Marine
Department of Malaysia swimming and sea
survival courses.
 I have obtained a certificate for medical first aid
from the Marine Department of Malaysia
 I also have been through firefighting trainings in
my alma matter.
 I am a part of the Royal Malaysian Reserve
team.
ACTIVITIES
I can proof to the employers the values of my knowledge and so far gained experiences to contribute to
my employers for the improvement of myself and the employer and for the growth of my company. My
communicational skills are so far the best skill for what I have in myself which would be extremely
helpful in retailing jobs, jobs of promoting as well as customer care. My abilities to speak fluently in
three main languages of Malaysia will ease the operations which are done through verbal instructions. I
have been able to attain multiple skills and experiences either through my alma matter or through my
Royal Malaysian Navy trainings which will surely assist me in this job.
