company incorporated in year 2006. It is today Palm Oil
Mill engineering Contractor Company specializing in
fabrication, erection for all mechanical and electrical
works for palm oil mill. We install new unit, repair and
servicing all equipments for palm oil mill in our joint
operation workshop at Tanjung Mulia - Medan, our
founder had been in palm oil mill industry since 1985.
 Our concepts are ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY, we had
completed design and build in process new palm oil mill
30-45 t/h and specialized in ENERGY STATION with
Boiler Control System for SCADA automation, efficient
use of steam with VERTICAL or HORIZONTAL
STERLIZER.

 Vertical sterilizer is a new cutting-edge milling technology
developed by our principle and manufactured in INDONESIA
to fulfill the need of the palm oil industry to stay competitive by
maximizing palm products extraction at a reduced cost and at
the same time meet the requirements of HACCP, GMP and
specific Principals and Criteria of RSPO/ISPO.
 Vertical Sterilization System completely does away with the
marshalling yard for rail tracks, sterilizer cages, tippers,
capstans, bollards, overhead lifting cranes and much other
associated equipments. Fresh fruit bunches (FFB) are now
delivered directly from the reception ramp by a conveyor system
to the sterilizers. The conveyor system has a special contraption
added to separate sand and other foreign particles from the FFB.
Due to the new system's simplicity and the integration of
automation system, this process is now virtually a one-man
operation. As a basic concept of COMPACT DESIGN OF POM.

Non-oily cake from the decanter is one
of the by-products obtained from the
processing of FFB to produce crude
palm oil (CPO). It is estimated that
about 0.4% of decanter cake could be
produced for every tone FFB processed.
Therefore, from a 90 t/hr mill, 160-
200 tons of decanter cake can be
produced every month.Decanter cake
obtains certain amount of nutrient and
the boiler ash containing high %
potassium. These products can be mixed
with inorganic fertilizer to enrich
the nutrient content of the palm based
bio-compound fertilizer

CPO > Refined Palm Oil

The names physical and chemical refining come from the process
technology used to remove the Free Fatty Acids (FFA) that are
responsible for the oil acidity. Physical refining is a process
making use of the lower boiling point of the FFA compared to
the boiling point of the triglyceride oil. In chemical or alkaline
refining, an alkali is used to neutralize the FFA.

In the process of treating waste,
especially high-strength
wastewater, one efficient method is
to adopt anaerobic process which
produces Biogas as a by-product.
Biogas contains around 65% of
methane, which can be burnt to
