MOTIVATION

What problems have you seen, heard, read about, or experienced that sparked your interest or
concerned you?

-I have stumbled upon a website (yourbrainonporn.com) once as I have become aware of the impending
damage of addiction to once health. It made me realize that habits that are constantly being overloaded
by dopamine causes problems to your brain, and when it gets used to the idea of being fed many times,
the more it is hard to break from that habit which then leads to addiction.

What issue do you care about most?

-Mental issues concerning destructive habits.

My personal passion or asset is:

-I’m curious about little things that could potentially damage once life in the long run and learning to
prevent them, I believe is ethical.

What would you like to see change?

-I would like to see a person free from its addiction, a transformed individual.

EVALUATION
Service Project: Illustrate on the concept of destructive habits that could lead to addiction and post it
on social media platforms to reach many audiences.

Advocacy: To make awareness about small habits that could lead to potential addiction.

-For the sake of social awareness. Yes I am willing to commit time and skills to make this project
possible.

Will the project have a positive, and visible, outcome for your community?
-Yes I believe it will, since the results are already obvious and it only takes someone to clarify it and be
upfront of what’s happening behind every habit.

Will you be able to measure and track the impact or results of your project?
-Tracking will be possible through media platforms notification and engagement buttons.
 Can you convince friends to join you? Can you promote the project as something that would attract
them?
-Yes I believe I’m completely capable of promoting my project and have friends that could support me
on whatever it is that I am trying to achieve.

Is there enough time to plan and complete the project?

-Yes, always. There’s always time.

Will you need funds to do this project- and do you have plan for how you will raise them?
-The project will be implemented digitally and it doesn’t require funds to make it possible.

Do you know where, and how, you will be able to collect needed project supplies and materials?
-I already have the materials needed to make my project feasible.
