My Values, Philosophy, Dreams, and Calling My personal vision of the future is not
something I have taken a significant amount of time to ponder in the past. I have
general ideas of where I see myself both personally and professionally in future but
have not identified specific steps to get there or pondered why I want to be in that
situation. When taking on this somewhat daunting task of identifying my future self it is
important to identify my driving values, philosophy, dreams, and my personal calling.
Self-reflection on these characteristics and preferences are key to a developing a
successful picture of the future. Personal Leadership Philosophy We live and operate in
a reasonably diverse world, and consequently our operations come with a variability of
values and beliefs from multicultural backgrounds. As a leader in a healthcare
organization I must explore the organizational beliefs, vision, team motivations in order
to accomplish the perceived vision successfully and professionally. It is my
responsibility as a leader to effectively articulate the identified vision of the organization
and motivate the team associates toward the accomplishment of the goals and
objectives. It might require the confrontation of challenging and difficult choices and the
leader’s deeply held philosophy. In this paper, I will create my personal leadership.

The superior act of living an effective life lies in the pursuit of excellent vision, to move
from where we are to where we ought to be, either as a person or as an organization. A
health care leader must motivate the organizational team, find how to work with the
associates to effectively dedicate their time and energy to achieve the identified goals
and objectives through the established vision. The team members need to buy into the
vision, where they are currently doing what the leader envisions, the leader must
encourage them, keep them on track and set standards for the team by setting goals
and objective, flowing from the vision. This will enable the leader to move the health
care organization to the expected performance level within the set time period. The
leader must ensure that individual responsibilities of the associates are identified,
motivated and resources provided to achieve the identified goals. To pursue the vision, I
will lead the development of the health care organization’s strategic alignment of clear
goals and objectives, to preserve the core mission and encourage progress toward the
envisioned future state. Also, I will encourage and provide the direction for the
organization without hindering the development of the goals that we expect to
accomplish.
PERSONAL VISION

My vision is to turn developing countries into developed countries. I use marketing as a

tool to achieve my vision. To that end, I will establish an innovative and optimized
marketing solutions company in my country. I think that establishing a marketing
solutions company is a rational strategy to improve our economy. First of all, my
company works in two opposite ways. One way is to put money in the company, and
another way is to spend money wisely to change the system. My front-end team
provides marketing solutions for enterprises.

Over the years, I have developed a fairly concrete vision for my life and set a series of
goals to help me achieve this vision. Over the past decade, I have developed this vision
by understanding God's dream, the hundreds of prophesies I received, and what made
me active. That opportunity appeared to me. I asked myself "Is this opportunity
consistent with my vision of my God?" In life, I did everything from relationships. If it is
not out of human relations or if we can not find the possibility of human relationship
development, I will never continue to offer opportunities. This is a slow path to success,
but I see that too many people are destroying things that are not important. As African
old proverb says, "If you want to go earlier, go alone. If you want to go more, go.

If you want to live the best life, a clear vision of life and an effective goal to achieve it
are essential. But unless you take cooperative actions to make them reality, goals and
visions are mere dreams. Motivation is necessary to take such cooperative actions.
Motivation rarely happens by chance, and as it happens it rarely lasts for a very long
time. If you want to experience a sustained motivation, this will help you stick to your
most important goal from concept to achievement, and you will need to work hard.
Whatever goal you set, please do not ignore the need for power. Because it is
something that can help you in the storm.

Most people have the goals of life, but the goal may be bad. They can suit you for a
while, but they can be thrown away when it becomes difficult. However, it is the vision
that is more important than the goal. It is worth taking time to imagine looking towards
the future with a view to the future and predicting your course. Only by strengthening
your vision, you can continue the course. The problem is that people recover from
success. There are restrictions on what they can do and what they can achieve. They
will see all the negative feelings (the economy is not good, the competition is too strict,
my company is not big enough), they will push responsibility to all regions of the world

What’s the first thing you want to do when you receive incredible news? You reach out
to someone who’s important to you to share. What do you do when something terrible
happens? Hopefully, you reach out to a loved one for support. We rely on the people
around us for emotional support, be it for good or bad times. As much as this need for
connection is ingrained in us, it also goes the other way. This is the essence of giving
back to the community – supporting others in the ups and downs of life just as they
support you. 

   Why is giving back to the community important? As human beings, we have the
innate need to contribute to those around us. Whether it comes in the form of something
small like being there for a friend in need or something massive like contributing
financially to a worthwhile cause, we realize the importance of giving back to society.

       Meaning never comes from what you what you give. So, how can you start realizing
the importance of giving back?
