Independent Baptist Missionaries to Taguig City, Philippines sent by Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Brogue, PA
Praise Reports:
1. Praise the Lord for ongoing faith in the lives
of the people of our mission-work in Tuk-
tukan. Though we are unable to have church
due to the government restrictions, our peo-
ple desire to have church services and are
willing to have limited services (allowable
by current Philippine law) in honor of the
Lord’s Day.
2. Praise God for our people’s active participa-
tion in three cottage prayer meetings within
their respective localities. The prayer meet-
ings have been a wonderful time of limited
fellowship and spiritual refreshment. Others
in our fellowship have taken gospel litera-
tures to distribute personally. AMEN!
3. Praise the Lord that we can learn to grow
spiritually even in the face of a global pan-
demic.
4. Praise God for the positive feedback that we
are hearing from home and abroad of people
tuning into our live-stream sessions. We
plan on continuing our live-streaming even
when the pandemic is over.
5. Praise God for safety and health. Though we
know that the virus is highly contagious, we
know of no one in our fellowship and imme-
diate friends who are infected. We continue
to pray for both the victims and frontline
workers at the same time to get through this
terrible time.
Prayer Requests:
 Pray for Bro. Sefarino. He experienced heart
failure a couple of weeks ago. Thankfully,
he is back home. In fact, He opened his
house to allow us to use it as one of our Cot-
tage Prayer Meeting venues. Bro. Sefarino
is interested in following the Lord in be-
liever’s baptism. Please pray that we can see
this happen as soon as possible.

Dear Praying Friends,
We looked up what God’s churches did during hard times in the book of Acts,
and we have found these three things: 1. They made sure that there was not “any
among them that lacked” (Acts 4:34). Great grace was upon them all and not one
member suffered hunger and their needs were met. During these trying times, our
sending church generously gave to our people so that none would lack. Other sup-
porting churches were willing and able to give as well, Grace Baptist Church, Spring
Mill, PA; Harvest Baptist Temple, Clyde, OH; Long Hill Baptist Church, Trumbull, CT; and
others - I will acknowledge them publicly as their giving is brought to my attention.
There is one church that wanted to remain anonymous and we honor that. There may
be others yet still outstanding and until I see a receipt I can’t confirm but I will do my
best to share that in the future. There are also others who have given personally. We
are thankful and blessed by God to be able to help the poorest of the poor but espe-
cially those of the household of faith in our church work, and also needy pastor-
friends. 2. They were in prayers. “but prayer was made without ceasing of the
church…” (Acts 12:5). Although we cannot meet together due to exceeding the al-
lotted number for gatherings, we determined to meet in groups of 10 and below for
prayers. Our main prayer is that the government would allow religious gatherings with-
out limits— another government ruling is forthcoming. 3. The word of the Lord was
increased. “But the word of God grew and multiplied” (Acts 12:24). Certainly live-
streaming our Bible messages has been a blessing, but also challenging our people to
personally give out gospel tracts as they go about their ways. God is good and we have
gotten a lot of good feedback from both listeners and readers.

 Pray for souls to be saved. We have had
some good feedback from our live-streamed
messages. Pray that we can have personal
one on one sessions with people.
As of today, we are allowed to assemble with 10 and under, and other sec-
tors of society are slowly being allowed to open back up, we will proceed with having
church services, perhaps with three services for now in order not to violate our gov-
ernment mandate. We are excited and we just ask that you would pray for us as we
move forward during this pandemic. We look to God for His help and we expect it!
