SUBJECT Availability of Offline Electronic Bureau of lnternal Revenue Forms (eBlRForms)

Package Version 7.6

TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned

This Circular is being issued to disseminate the availability of the Offline eBlRForms Package
Version 7.6, which is currently downloadable from the following sites:
l. www.bir.gov.ph; and
2. www.knowyourtaxes.ph
The new Offline eBlRForms Package now includes the January zorS (ENCS) version of the
following forms:

BIR Form No. Form Name

17AOy2O18 Annual Income Tax Return for lndividuals Earning Purely
Compensation lncome (lncluding Non-BusinesslNon-
Profession lncome)
17OzMXvzor8 Annual lncome Tax Return for Corporation, Partnership and
Other Non-lndividual with MIXED lncome Subject to Multiple
lncome Tax Rates or with lncome Subject to SPECIAL/
PREFERENTIAL RATE

ln addition, field validation and automated computation on BIR Form No. rTor [Annual
lncome Tax Return for lndividuals (including MIXED income earner), Estates and Trusts] is already
implemented in the new Offline eBlRForms Package.

Payment of the taxes due thereon, if any, shall be made thru:

a. Manual Payment -

Revenue District Officer (RDO) where the taxpayer is registered; or

shall be paid with the concerned Revenue Collection Officer (RCO) under the
jurisdiction of the RDO using MRCOS facility.

 b. Online Payment -
Thru GCash Mobile Payment;
Landbank of the Philippines (LBP) Link.bizPortal - for taxpayers who have
ATM account with LBP and/or holders of Bancnet ATM/Debit Card;
Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) Tax Online - for taxpayers-
holders of VisaiMaster Credit Card and/or Bancnet ATM/Debit Card; or
Union Bank Online Web and Mobile Payment Facility - for taxpayers who
have account with Union Bank.

RCBC and Robinsons Bank

AII concerned are hereby enjoined to give this Circular as wide a publicity as possible.
