I. Operations
A. Location

The SUS TAIN fashion boutique will be located at Commercial Unit for Rent in
Aguirre, BF Homes, Paranaque City.

B. Service Operations

As a Clothing Brand, SUS TAIN will conduct business six times a week from 9
am to 5 pm, from Monday to Friday and 10 am to 5 pm, during Saturday. There
will also be an extension to business hours during Holidays and Special Events.

SUS TAIN also wants to provide high-quality service to its customers by hiring at
least 6 full-time employees, 2 cashiers, 3 that will serve customers, and one
manager. SUS TAIN makes sure that in hiring its employees, they are to meet
certain criteria that would meet its high-quality standards.

C. Equipment/Furniture

SUS TAIN is a fashion clothing line. And as a usual clothing line physical store,
SUS TAIN needs a Five (5) Sewing Machine for the workers, and Three (3)
Fabric Cutting Machine — SUS TAIN will add sewing machines & Fabric Cutting
Machine months after the opening day. Fifteen (15) Clothing Rails - to hang the
clothes SUS TAIN sells presentable and neatly. Next is Fifty (50) pieces of
Clothing Hangers. Clothing hangers is one of the necessities of having a clothing
line. In addition to that, SUS TAIN would like to add Three (3) Full Body
Mannequins and Three (3) Bust Mannequins to show the customers the outfit in
a very visual way that can attract attention. Also, this can be a way of promoting
SUS TAIN’s visual merchandise. One of the priorities of SUS TAIN is to give the
customers quality clothing, and by that SUS TAIN would like to add Two (2)
Garment Steamers to keep the clothes fresh-looking and these steamers will
deodorize whilst removing any creases. Acrylic Display Stands are perfect for
showing off items. SUS TAIN would like to add these Seven (7) Display Stands to
put the fold-ups shirts that SUS TAIN will be selling. And lastly, SUS TAIN will
add Crucial Retail Accessories, these are two (2) whole body mirrors for the
fitting rooms, price tags Five Hundred (500) Pieces for the first inventory, Fifty
(50) tote carrier bags for the first inventory, and Two (2) cashier machines. In
addition to that, SUS TAIN’s utmost priority in the store is to give the customers a
comfortable atmosphere. SUS TAIN would like to add Three (3) accent chairs to
give comfort to the buyers.

SUS TAIN is also prioritizing the comfort of the workers in the physical store.
SUS TAIN will provide a small room called ‘Multi-Purpose Room”. In this room,
SUS TAIN staff can have a meeting and the workers can have their privacy and
comfort. SUS TAIN will provide a One (1) Meeting Table and One (1) Acrylic
Whiteboard for a meeting, and Two (2) Small Sofa for the comfort of workers.

D. Utilities
 As a Clothing Brand, the physical store of SUS TAIN is located at BF Homes
Paranaque. Also, the SUS TAIN physical store requires good lighting to spotlight
the repurposed clothes that SUS TAIN will offer to the customers. In addition to
that, one of the priorities of SUS TAIN is to give a sanitized and well-cleaned
atmosphere to their customers. SUS TAIN will regularly sanitize and clean the
physical store.

E. Labor Requirement

The SUS TAIN will be hiring at least 6 full-time employees, 2 cashiers, 3 that will
serve customers, and one manager. The employees must be well-mannered,
confident in speaking Filipino and English language, humble, passionate to
his/her work, in legal age, and had a minimum of 1-year experience being a
cashier, manager, and serving customers.

SUS TAIN is also open to hiring student part-time workers with the age of 16 and
above. SUS TAIN heads will be open-minded to the school schedule of their
part-time workers. And will give the student part-time workers flexible time to
balance their school and work.

F. Raw Materials
● Textile is the main Raw Material of SUS TAIN which comes from
Pre-owned/Recycled Clothes. Our company also prioritizes using cotton
and organic pre-owned clothes because of its natural properties. It offers
high-quality fabrics that don’t only give comfort to the wearer but also
 contributes to the smooth working of the manufacturing process and
provide defect-free garments.
● Yarns are the instant strand elements used to wove and knit the clothes.
It is made from spun or twisted fibers and also comes from organic
sources.
● Trims and Accessories are needed for the manufacturing of garments and
to make it aesthetic and functional. ​Without trims and accessories, the
garment remains incomplete. Swing thread is a must needed trimming
that is significantly used in garments manufacturing. To make garments,
sewing thread plays an important role in the readymade garments sector.
Various kinds of accessories are used on garments; some are part of the
garments such as buttons, zippers, and interlining, while others are used
for decorating and enhancing the product appearance, such as sequins
and embroidery.
