 General public (Children, students, adults, out of school youth, professionals, PWD’s,
senior citizens, ano pa ba hahaha dagdag pa kayo)
Vision:
 The kineme Public Library aims to be the welcoming heart of our community, a
premier and world class public library, responsive to the information and research
needs of the community where all come to learn, discover, create, and connect.
Mission:
 The kineme Public Library aims to provide the best quality resources and globally
competitive services to meet the changing needs of the community through the
introduction of innovative and technological techniques for the advancement of life-long
learning and literacy. It also endeavors to build a strong community where there is a
preservation of the storied past, enrichment of present lives, and preparation for an ever-
changing future.

 Engage the community in developing and promoting resources and partnership
opportunities
