Australia is a developed country that become one of most powerful country in the world many people
visit Australia for having business. As the international rules that every person must prepared some
documents to enter a foreign country it is also occur in Australia In the current case a business woman
named miss elly want to attend an international conference in Sydney Australia and she need to
prepared some document and also make an itinerary or (the route of journey or tour proposed outline)
to visit Australia for her business trip.

There are at least two main documents needed to enter Australia :

1. First document miss elly need to prepared is passport. Passport is a travel document that
ussualy issued by a country government to its citizen that certifies the identity and nationality of
its holder primarily for the purpose of international travel.
2. The second document to enter Australia is visa as Indonesian we can apply for visa from
Australian embassy in indonesia or department of home affairs Australia

These are some requirement you have to full fill to applying visa to Australia

 Print and fill visa application (form 1419)

 Photo 3.5 x 4.5 cm in white background
 Copy of your passport
 Copy of birth certificate and family certificate
 Copy of saving account for the last 3 months or salary slip
 The itinerary of your trip while you in Australia in detail (completed with prove of hotel and
flight bookings)
 Visa fee AUD 140 (paid in Indonesian rupiah)
 Plus VFS fee (IDR 165,000)

The validity period of business visitor stream is up to 3 months

With this visa you can

 Make general business or employment enquires
 Negotiate contract
 Take part in a conference or trade fair. You can be paid by the organizers to take a part
there are two things that be emphasized by Australian government after you have the visa
and entering Australia
 Be a genuine visitor traveling to Australia for business visitor activities
  Be outside Australia when you apply and we decide your application
