Introduction

In many investigations they continue to be carried out on the study of languages. In those
made in the field of foreign languages in particular, it is always necessary to recognize the
differences between individuals, the way of learning and the environments in which they
find themselves. They affect the way each one learns and studies another language as part of
their education. This serves as these realities to remember the indispensable role of teachers,
as well as the performance of biological factors of learners in the teaching-learning process.

Approach

Today learning a foreign language will become a necessity for living beings, since the level
of development obtained by the societies of the third millennium as a result of their
economic and cultural integration requires a mastery of learning to communicate with other
people with a different language from ours.
This linguistic reality is imposing great challenges on language learning, since not only is
their mother tongue sufficient, they are also obliged to develop their communicative
competence in certain Foreign Languages and in various communicative movements.

Learning a foreign language is a very complex process, having to define a specific

methodology, a conception of the language and apply a didactic strategy that facilitates the
learning and development of your language skills according to your communication needs.
This means a close relationship between the current linguistic theory and the methodology
applied in the foreign language classroom.
A clear example we have the English language, the need to learn English for work in a Call
Center, a space where young people with a very high command of English and adequate
language skills, specifically speaking, meet.
Finally, young people who have been educated in a school in which they were forced to
learn several languages, these young people would have great future opportunities both
socially and at work throughout their lives, such as that of
Increase international cooperation between countries and universities through scholarships,
Access research and development projects, international events
Business development and tourism boom.
Have access to the information that you can find in this language such as: articles,
magazines, books, videos, courses, among others.

Conclusion

The linguistic formation of the Costa Rican population and their nature have evolved over
the years, from the first commercial contact with the world to the unification of the markets
of the present. Many generations have experienced the transformations of Costa Rican
education as well as its benefits and / or damages, generated through the application of laws
and projects in favor of the economic and social development of a democratic society like
the Costa Rican. To this day, there are many unknowns about how effective some
development policies implemented by the government can be, which would be known
regardless of the passing of the years.
