For online payments, merchants may upgrade/downgrade automatically via the portal at any time.
For offline payments, merchants should allow 14 calendar days for downgrades to take effect. Refunds will not be permitted, however the plan will be pro-rated and extended accordingly. Merchants should
allow 14 calendar days for upgrades to take effect. However the new plan should be the same duration as the original plan which was purchased. Where the date of upgrade onto the new plan falls on a
Singapore Public Holiday or weekend, the date of upgrade shall fall on the next working day. Upgrades will occur on the date of upgrade on the condition that the additional amount has been deposited into
Aspira Digital India Private Limited (formerly known as NCSI (India) Private Limited) and proof of payment submitted before the date of upgrade. If the payment is received after the stated date of upgrade, the
plan change will still be administered according to the date of upgrade upon receipt of the payment.

- Setup Services in Package B is free for customers who pay for 1 year upfront (promotion is valid for signups before 1st Apr 2014). This is not applicable for customers who have opted for monthly, quarterly
and half yearly payments.
- Inputs for free store set up must be shared within 30 days from date of store activation, failing which additional charges may apply.
- Free store set up will be done using existing Shopify templates. Customizations are not possible.
- Product CSV files, images, theme choice will be provided by customer.
- Product details should be sent as an email to support-india@shopify.asia. Alternatively a CD can also be sent to (Customer Support team, 615, Amara MLS, Acropolis Towers, Dr. Radha Krishnan Salai,
Mylapore, Chennai – 600004). In person collection of product information will not be entertained.
- Each variant will be considered as a separate product. Hence the limitations on products depend on the number of variants. Please refer http://docs.shopify.com/support/your-store/products/how-is-a-sku-
defined-with-shopify for more details on SKU and variants.

Note: Payment gateway integration has to be done separately with payment gateway service providers and the integration of same is subject to approval from payment gateway service providers. Please

I/We agree to subscribe for the Shopify service (the “Service”) according to the Shopify Asia terms of service (the “Shopify Asia Terms of Service”) comprising the Shopify Terms of Service (the
“Shopify Terms of Service”) which can also be found at www.shopify.com/legal/termsand the Shopify Asia additional terms of service (the “Asia Additional Terms”) which can also be found at
www.shopify.asia/pages/termsconditions, including any amendments that Shopify and/or Aspira Digital India Private Limited (formerly known as NCSI (India) Private Limited) may make from time
to time. In the event of any conflict between the Asia Additional Terms and the Shopify Terms of Service, the Asia Additional Terms shall have prevail.
