Greetings from Energy Fiji Limited (“EFL”).

We refer to the application dated 31st May, 2019 for the supply of electricity to the following thirty (30) applicants of

Energy Fiji Limited wishes to advise that the power supply will be made available under the following terms and conditions:

1.0 Cost of Capital Contribution

The capital contribution for this scheme is $742,240.33 (VIP) and Energy Fiji Limited requires full payment to process the
scheme further.

2.0 Formal Easement for Power-lines Extension Works

The proposed route of the extension requires wayleave clearance and therefore the applicants will be required to co-
ordinate with our Wayleave Officers prior to the installation of our assets at the site.

3.0 Meter Connection Fee for Supply Connection

Each applicant will be required to pay a consumer security deposit equal to two (2) months assessed consumption charges
and a meter connection fee before the electrical installation is connected to the supply grid.

The above offer is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of this letter. Energy Fiji Limited reserves the
right to review the quote should there be a change in the proposed design arising from circumstances beyond its control.
