Summary of US West Work- May’20

Introduction:
We have received 30% increase in workflow this month. During this period, the team has extended their work shift
to deliver all assigned tasks maintaining the quality within the given time.

Detail:
Abhishek organized OPR meeting for the Crystal Dam Project on 11th May’20. It went well and the PM & DPE
were impressed by Abhishek’s work. Erin James has shown interest in appointing Abhishek as Project Controller
in her future Project.
30% increase in the projects for Staffing plan this month in US-West (South) region that has to be updated June
onwards.

Aravind has successfully completed I-Procurement work for Chestnut, Carla R. Aravind took over multiple
projects from Abhishek and delivered it extending his shift to the Peak for the first 2 weeks.

Sambhavi involved in processing Mass Charge Transfers for California Highway Project with Andrew Gensch is
30% completed and in process.
Sambhavi received an added VMS travel expense upload. A new effort for Client report for VMS has been off-
loaded by Vanessa to her.
Sambhavi was working on Prevailing wages report preparation Since July’2019 and it is extended in this month. In
that view, Stephanie Barras arranged Introduction session on Prevailing wage reporting on May ’20 to Basant &
Sambhavi

Basant received two new I- Procurement work by Lisa Crivello and is ongoing.
Invoice reconciliation of metro projects assigned to Basant by Jemae Pilpa is 10% completed and ongoing.

In US West (North), we received Mass Timesheet Report extraction from Lisa Miller, for employees charging on
501000 Task code.

Team Detail:
In this duration, team was involved in updating Staff Plans, Baseline setups, Auto PAP, Pricing Tool & Report
Modification etc. Team was able to send quality deliverables on time.
“The team has been involved on multiple tasks by stretching their work hours and will continue to do so.”

Issues:
Recently we got 30% more work flow from our counter part in first two weeks when the team is already utilized
for more than 110%. This led to extending of work shifts to maintain the quality of deliverables.

PA Inquiry - Initiated PA inquiry access for Abhishek (Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Singapore,
Thailand, Australia, New Zealand regions).
OIN788 Report – Raise a helpdesk ticket for access to extraction of OIN788 report extraction from the Oracle
Database (Run/Find Report Requests)

Trainings:
Prevailing Wage Reporting - eCPR, LCP Tracker – Sambhavi & Basant has completed Training conducted by
Stephanie Barras.
VMS Expenses Upload & Manual Invoice Client Report for Sempra Project (New Tasks)– Walkthrough
