Distraction at home.

Most daily remote work workers have a formal office setup as they work

from home all the time, their families know the limits and disruptions are limited. However,

when there's sudden work from home, there's really no formal area designated as a work area.

The home mode in which children can communicate freely with their parents intrudes into

working time particularly if children are unable to attend school due to this pandemic. The

traditional home work depiction is portrayed with a parent carrying a child and typing on a

laptop, often sitting on a sofa or living room floor. This is a poor illustration of computer

productive jobs. Employers expect their remote workers to have both a dedicated workspace

and appropriate childcare until they can operate remotely. The work environment is definitely

sub-optimal in the event of a sudden transition to virtual work. Some workers find a balance

as the days go by but the first few days are difficult.
