 System advantages
• The formwork is assembled at the jobsite
and then transferred, without dismantling,
from one area of the site to another, thus
minimizing added risks in erection and
dismantling.
• Props are not dismantled when stripping or
moving the tables.
• Easy height adjustment and levelling
because there are only a few props to
adjust.
• Safe system:
- Formwork and handrails are assembled
at ground level (including plywood). Only
infilling work is left to be done once the
table is put in place.
- Handrails are available on the perimeter
tables throughout the whole process.
- Components are permanently fixed to - VR Tables can also be built by using
the formwork and therefore cannot fall metal main beams, like DU-120 and
off. MK-120 Walers, e.g. in large slabs and
perimeter beams applications.
• Flexible system:
- Tables are pre-assembled to the specific
dimensions required by the clients.
- VR Tables can be supported on EP Props,
ALUPROP props or shoring towers.
- Easy infilling, plywood placed on the
beam.
- Drop beams, column heads or other
geometrical elements in slabs can be
formed.
- A simple and safe cantilever solution.
- Able to be combined with other ULMA
systems.
