Greetings from ASNT India Section!

Dear Members,

Sub: Election of ASNT India Section Directors for the period from July 2020 till June 2022

In accordance with the bye-laws of the Section, the Election for the Directors of Board for
the period from July 2020 till June 2022 are due. Towards this the Board at its meeting held
on 06th June, 2020 via videoconferencing had authorized the President, to form a
Nomination Committee. Accordingly a committee comprising the Officers, Directors, and
ASNT India Section members discussed on 10th June 2020, and deliberated on the
composition of the new Directors and recommended the nomination of candidates for
election as Director of the Board for the period from July 2020 till June 2022 as furnished
below.

PROPOSED NOMINATION FOR DIRECTORS – JULY 2020 till JUNE 2022

 Mr. Gokul P Deshpande – Director

 Mr. Krishna Mohan Reddy - Director

 Mr. N Kasi Viswanathan – Director

 Mr. Ganeshkumar S – Director

Additional nominations are invited from members who are interested to file their
nominations for the above posts. While sending such nominations members’ attention is
drawn to the criteria for Additional Director Nomination which is as follows:

1. Additional nominations may be made to the India Section Nomination Committee

with the signature of at least 30 qualified India Section members.

2. He/she shall have been continuously on the India Section membership rolls for a
minimum period of 4 years, out of which he/she should have served in the various
committees for a minimum period of 3 years.

3. He/she should have attended at least 80% of the section meetings for the past 4
years.

A brief bio-data of the person nominated will be helpful. Nominations may be sent via email
