Key Partners

Government and Municipalities plays important role in maintaining our business. There are a
lot of parties involved in this matter. Among others are Ministry of Science, Technology and
Innovation (MOSTI) which provide us guidance and fund in developing our application. Also,
in order to run out business, we have to apply license from Malaysia Communications and
Multimedia Commission (MCMC).

Payment service provider offers shops online services for accepting electronic payments by
a variety of payment methods including credit card, bank-based payments such as direct
debit, bank transfer, and real-time bank transfer based on online banking. For that, our client
can pay directly through our application so they can get fix amount payment without any
changes.

Clinic owners or centre management are our imaging service provider. Clinic or centres that
collaborated with us will be put in our list of imaging centres to o choose by our client in
order to get imaging service.

Investors are much welcome to expand our business. With their fund, we able to offer much
more perks with our application which been used by our client such as mobile imaging
service.
Key Activities

Product development is much needed to maintain and expand our business in the field.
Research to be done in way to fulfil the needs of our client in providing imaging booking
services and also seek any opportunity for our business.

Maintenance of our application is done periodically to make sure our application run in
smooth way. The most crucial is the maintenance of our server as to make sure high
capabilities in handling all our application’s transaction.

Customer support through email, phone call and online chat are been provided for our client
in offering any help and guidance in case of any problem that occurred.

Key Resources

Intellectual resources such as cloud hosting and server provider are very important to us as
we ran our business almost entirely in digital. They provide our business much needed
services to make sure our apps to run smoothly and mobile.

Human resources are the most important for out company which include developer, software
engineer, sales manager, accountant and management staff. They are very valuable for us
as they are in company in order to develop and maintain our apps.

Financial resources such as grant, loan and venture capital from investors are needed in
way to run and maintain our business.

Value Propositions

Early appointment date dan be deliver to our client as we provide long list of centres to be
choose from, based on selection of date the client desire.

Convenient way to book an appointment is one of the keys of our applications existence.
Booking can be made using mobile phone without the client to be at the centre. They only
need to show their unique ID when registering at the imaging centre or clinics.

Various choices of clinic and imaging centre based on client option such as distance and
price are among the value that we offer to our client. For that, client have the freedom to
choose their favourite centre.

Satisfaction among client is achieved when they can have early appointment for imaging
thus better management of treatment can be given by their doctor.
Customer relationship

Personal relation makes sure our client can contact us at any time prior to or after booking
been made. The contact channels are diverse and accessible such as via e-mail, phone, or
chatbot.

Automated services can be provided to our client in suggestion of imaging centre based on
location, type of imaging or availability of early date.

Acquisitive way in relationship based on recommendation for our apps by our affiliate clinics
and centres will grow our client volume.

Attentive relationship can be done during our roadshow, promotional tour or booth visit by
our potential client. In this way, our target in additional number of new clients can be
achieved.

Customer Segment

Our customers will be among the centre or clinic that having medical imaging service with at
least of x-ray service. Our apps will become their platform in generating income through their
service. Patient who need medical imaging service such as x-ray, ultrasound or CT scan will
be our focused client by providing list of clinics and centres that affiliate with us.

Channels

There are a lot of ways for us in promoting our apps. This is through developing website
which link with our apps. Also, face-to-face with our potential client during roadshow or booth
placement will help us to gain their interest. Advertisement through billboard placement,
flyers placement at clinics and centre will boost the interest for our apps. In these days,
social media also play important role in promoting our apps. selection of social media
influencer will help in introduce our apps to their fan.

Cost structure

In order to make sure our apps work in smooth way, certain cost is need. Among it, server
and cloud hosting cost since we are developing a mobile based application. Payment of
salary and commission to our workers make it the huge percentage of cost structure as they
make sure our business works well. Advertisement charges also part of the cost in order to
promote our apps.
Revenue Streams

We are making profits based on fee from the clinic and imaging centres that affiliated with us
which been collected 4 times a year. We also gaining profit from advertisement fee from any
clinic or centre that would like to have special attention or priority in marketing.
