1.3 Recruitment & selections Obtain the list of open job positions for the organization. Perform an age analysis to identify the timeframe Turnaround time for closure of positions is defined as a KPI and monitored on a regular basis by HR
since when the positions have been vacant HOD.
Reasons for non-closure of the positions and remedial action plans are identified and approved.

1.4 Recruitment & selections For all delayed recruitments (beyond KPI defined) and aged vacant positions, ascertain the reasons from HR
and process of management review.
Test check on a sample basis that management review was carried out as per the defined policies and
procedures.
1.5 Recruitment & selections Check whether a database is maintained for all CVs received by HR. For a sample of new hires during the A candidate database is maintained by the HR Department, with all the CVs received. For all new
review period, check the sources used for recruitment. Review the intranet to confirm if there is a section that recruitments, the database is first checked and also advertised on the company's website (containing

recruitments made during audit period) to check if the SLAs are being met.
