foreign nationals returning home have been asked to self-isolate at home or in state-run facilities.

2014 in Africa there was the outbreak of Ebola.

ANDREEA COSTACHE

Andreea Costache (Dumitriu) - Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist specialized in Jungian analysis and
Experiential Psychology. I graduated the Faculty of Psychology in 2007, and I followed a 3-years training in
psychotherapy at the Romanian Society of Experiential Psychology. After graduation, I started to conduct
psychotherapy sessions with clients.
In 2016 I started a 2-year training in Analytical Psychotherapy that helped me develop my knowledge and
understanding towards the relationship between the conscious and unconscious parts of us, which I graduated
in 2018.
In addition to my experience, 13 years of working as a human resources specialist and manager with local and
multinational companies allowed me to develop skills in aligning business objectives with the employees needs,
finding solutions for both sides to overcome limits, develop relationships and increase efficiency and growth.
I believe in people and in their power to transform, themselves and the world around them. For me, it is a
privilege to accompany them on their journey and to witness their transformation process.

ANCA GHEARASĂMESCU
Anca Ghearasămescu - Psychoterapeutical practice built on two complementary approaches, in order to provide
the adequate emotional support for my clients.
I am a Phronetik® Art Therapist after following a long-term training with Vienna School of Art Therapy - Wiener
Schule für Kunsttherapie in collaboration with the Romanian Association of Expressive Therapies (A.R.T.E.). The
art therapy approach uses the creative means to express, understand and reintegrate emotional states,
especially during periods with high psychological impact.
I also have a training in Schema Therapy, a psychotherapeutic method from the new wave that integrates
cognitive-behavioral and experiential techniques - "mental traps" associated with various destructive behaviors
and negative self-image are identified, aiming to increase the life quality and develop authentic relationships
(with self, family, co-workers etc.)
In my private practice I work with adults, teenagers and children, felling grateful for being an active witness of
their inner journey of healing and discovering personal strengths. I provide individual and group psychotherapy
sessions (art therapy) at the Titan Psychiatry Hospital "Constantin Gorgos", and for the past year I’ve lead an art
therapy group with children from minorities and vulnerable categories. I believe in paying forward, so during the
past years I have volunteered for MagiCamp, Ajungem Mari, Mia’s Children and Spitale Curate.
I also have 12 years experience in the organizational field - soft-skills training programs, internal communication,
performance evaluation and organizational development). Currently I deliver training sessions for management
teams and facilitate team building activities for corporate teams using experiential and creative techniques.
