Job Vacancy: Head of Warehouse

Salary range: 6-7 million (negotiable subject to interview results)

Qualification

1. Maximum age of 30 years old.

2. Minimum D3 education in all majors.
3. Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse.
4. Have a high ability in setting targets with the initiation program and warehousing procedures.
5. Experienced in handling large and diverse stock movements.
6. Having strong communication and leadership skills.
7. Have strategic and analytical thinking.
8. Willing to be placed in Cirendeu, South Tangerang.

Scope of Work:
1. Responsible for warehouse operations and assets.
2. Responsible for warehouse stock.
3. Responsible for the performance of the warehouse team.
4. Responsible for the approval of work and building facilities.
5. Responsible for HR.
 6. Responsible for safety standards.

Job Description
1. Inventory
 Manage stock level by coordinate with purchasing team.
 Make an empty product report for re-stock.
 Manage stock placement.
 Taking stock count regularly.
 Plan and develop warehouse storage system.
 Supervise the receipt of goods, arrange the placement of goods, distribution and maintenance.
 Manage stock and reconciliation with company data systems.
 Supervise and control warehouse operations.
 Report and control expiry product.

2. Operations & Assets

 Ensuring the condition of the warehouse is well operate.
 Carry out maintenance of buildings, facilities and warehouse assets.
 Propose for procurement of work supporting tools and infrastructure.
 Creating SOP and good warehouse management procedures
3. HR
 Make work schedules and SOP.
  Direct and manage staff target and performance.
 Evaluate the performance of each staff.
 Recruiting and training new staff.
4. Others
 Coordinate and work closely with other division heads for the work analysis and planning.
 Coordinate and cooperate with the heads of other divisions for the implementation of stock taking.
 Regular work reports to superiors.
 Maintain good relations with building owners and 3rd Parties in the Warehouse Environment
