4. Review of the previous lesson
a. What is ideology? What are the different political ideologies?
B. Lesson Proper
1. Motivation: Activity: 4-pics in 1 word.
Pictures that represent the different political ideologies?
2. Activity
Each group will pick one color that represents his/her own
perspective of political ideology. Blue-Anarchism, Yellow-Socialism,
Pink-Liberalism, Green-Conservatism and black-Fascism.Justify their
choices. Select representative from the group to present their insights.
3. Analysis
1. What is your generalization of our activity?
2. The teacher will give the final generalization of the activity and
relate it to the topic.
4. Discussion:
With the aid of powerpoint presentation the teacher will present the
different political ideologies and their perspectives of the state.
5. Application: Compare and contrast
Have the students describe the different political ideologies. Compare
and generate list of similarities. Contrast the objects and generate the list
of differences. Determine significant likenesses and differences of
political ideologies.

6. Evaluation : Think about it!


“Ideologies gives us the picture of the existing reality, answering what
is wrong, what went wrong and why”. Students will write their answers in
½ sheet of yellow paper.
