Wicca

in your
Life
foreword
This issue is a special one: half inspiring,
bringing you back to the basic Wiccan beliefs and half
teaching you how to practice Wicca in other aspects
of your life, like your home, office, and also with
your family members.

Because it might be your own spiritual journey,

very personal, I know, but you need to go to work
and deal with the daily grind. And you are still going
to start a family and have kids. The realities of life
do not stop. Wicca is just there to help you see it a
different way, bring you back to nature, and make
your life more beautiful and magickal!

We hope you enjoy this issue as it was crafted

with love, a few spells, and pure magick!
THE TEN WICCAN

TENETS
If the Catholics have their 10 commandments, then so do we, but call them
“tenets” and not commandments, since no one God is commanding us. No
one imposes these commandments on us but ourselves.

Here are the Top Ten Wiccan Tenets.

1

“As above so below,

as within, so without.”
As above, as in Heaven, and as below, as on Earth. Wherein “heaven”
reflects your mind, and “earth” reflects your body. What you think
within yourself will be reflected on the world you live in. If you think
good, then good will follow; if you think evil, then evil will follow.
Whatever we are, think, or accept, will definitely be the circumstances
of our life.
2

“Whatever you send out, returns

three-fold.”
The threefold law is one of the basic tenets of Wiccan belief. It is a uni-
versal spiritual principle, which means that whatever it is that you put
out, it comes back threefold, magnified. In other cultures, this is called
karma.

Make the threefold law work for you by spreading love, kindness,
peace, and smiles, because your choices and actions have repercus-
sions.
3

“Respect a person’s individual

right to honor the God or God-
dess of his or her choice.”
There is more than one God and Goddess, and no one God or God-
dess is above another. We should treat each deity and its believers with
respect.
4

“Do not speak ill of the Gods and

Goddesses.”
Everything happens for a REASON and a PURPOSE that you might
not immediately see. If things do not go your way, know that there are
some things about the Divine that you are not privy to.
5

“Honor and cultivate a

relationship with Nature.”

Spend time in Nature and honor and do not destroy any of Her cre-
ations. Live in harmony with Nature and be aware of your responsibili-
ty towards your environment.
6

“Keep your Sabbats

and Esbats sacred.”
Take time to pause and celebrate the Sabbats or the Esbats. Attune
yourself with the the natural rhythm of life forces marked by the phases
of the Moon and the seasonal Quarters and Cross Quarters.
7

“Honor all the ancestors, parents,

teachers, elders and leaders.”

Honor those who teach you and share with you their wisdom and
knowledge. Respect those who have greater knowledge and those who
have the courage to give themselves to serve. Follow the instructions of
your teachers and bring honor to your parents.
8

“All acts of love and pleasure are

sacred.”
Sexuality and physical pleasures should be regarded as sacred. They are
the embodiment of life. Without the sexual act, there would be no life.
It should not be used to abuse and to degrade another person.
9

“All life is sacred.”

Everything on Earth is created by the Divine, and the Goddess placed
a bit of herself in everything she has created. There is not one natural
creation that matters more than the other. That is why you should treat
every living thing with respect and live in harmony with the Nature.
10

“Be grateful.”
It’s hard to find a proud Wiccan since a true Wiccan’s deep understand-
ing, wisdom and knowledge of things makes him or her grateful. And
from this gratitude comes humility and being grounded.
