MY PERSONAL LEARNINGS IN EAPP

One of the most i like topic in EAPP is the purpose and perspective of the writer in Academic text

In Academic text we have first the three structure. First structure is the Argumentative
structure, Problem and Solution, and the last one is the Report structure. In Argumentative
structure it persuade the reader to accept the point of view or opinion, while in problem and
solution it present the problem and also the solution, and the report structure do not present
argument but may still have bias if all facts are presented. But the most I like in Academic text is
the purpose and perspective of the writer.
In the purpose of the writer we have three purpose the first one is to inform it give us
information about something like in news and announcement. Second is to persuade it's
persuading us to do or not something like invitation. And the last one is to entertain it give us
entertainment like comics and wattpad. On the other hand the perspective of the writer is the
writer opinion, point of view, attitude or feeling about a particular situation or topic
Why is the purpose and the perspective of the writer is one of the most I like in EAPP?
It because I understand it without asking my classmates. I learned its purpose and perspective
in my own understanding. I easily understand the lesson while discussing it. I learned that a text
have a sense if it has a purpose . You also easily understand the meaning of the purpose and
the perspective of the writer by listening to your teacher.
So when we have an activity about this topic I got a perfect score. I’m very proud to
myself because I perfect the activity it means I understand the lesson very well. I answer the
activity with confidence because I know the answer. So that's why the most I like topic in EAPP
is the purpose and perspective of the writers. This topic was inspired me that I can do and I can
understand the lesson without asking others. I’m happy to learn this lesson because it give me
some information about the purpose and the perspective of the writer.
Knowing the purpose and the perspective of the writer is so important. For me it is
important because if you didn't know the purpose and its perspective you will not understand
what the text is all about. I’m very lucky to have this kind of topic in our subject. I advice to the
incoming Senior High School it's better to all of you to understand this lesson it can give you
new learnings.
