TPC LH HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

Application
TPC LH hydraulic system is designed for Tamrock long hole drilling rigs powered with piston pumps.

Description
The TPC LH is fully electric pilot controlled hydraulic system for long hole drilling. It consist of a centraliced valve box
includin three valve blocks which are controlling following functions percussion and feed, rotation and boom. All valves
are proportional and are controlled by electric coils guided by electric control unit. Some of the hydraulic valves are
decentralized close to cylinders, ensuring rapid response and good hydraulic efficiency with the minimum amount of
hydraulic hoses. The TPC LH hydraulic system is designed to increase productavity and operator motivation and to
enable high drilling capacity with low drill steel costs.

The drilling parameters are easy to adjust from digital drilling controller by push---button action. Load sensing and pro-
portional boom controls enables fast and accurate boom movements. The drilling controller includes self---diagnostic
system with written information .
