Innocor (2018-2019)
Sr. Project Manager and Lead Manufacturing Consultant
Responsibilities: Brought on to lead and project manage several long term strategic projects: 1)
A corporate EIM/EDM model; 2) Upgrade of Oracle’s ERP E1 9.1 to 9.2; 2); 3) Implement
Material Planning and Scheduling; and 4) Integrate Mercury Gate (3 rd Party Freight
Management System). All three projects were subsequently cancelled due to the announced
acquisition of FSX, thereby eliminating my (full time, role in the company.

Brasscraft: I provided supplemental project management support needed in order for my client
to do a successful migration of corporate back-office systems to current versions.
Li & Fung: A multi-billion dollar trading company that markets consumer goods through fast
moving, high sales volume companies like Sam’s Club, Costco, Staples, etc.. My role was to
provide project management for their new Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) kinitiative and
provide a blueprint as to how to integrate that to a backend ERP system for manufacturing and
distribution. PLM included market identification/segmentation, design, pricing, sourcing,
research and development and marketing strategies. We implemented the new vendor
supported SaaS application on the vendor’s 
Select Brands: I was brought in to do a system audit of the company’s CPG manufacturing and
distribution systems. Select Brands is the largest almond grower in Southeast Asia and were
managing their annual crop using discrete manufacturing methodology which did not give them
the desired inventory and sales forecasting information that they needed to run the business. I
authored a migration project plan to get them into a process manufacturing and distribution
methodology that met their stated strategic needs.
Sr. IT Support project Manager, GSF, (2016-2017)
Responsibilities were to scope 3 Oracle’s E1 distribution (heavy emphasis on EDI, Sales Order
Processing and Advanced Pricing), and manufacturing implementations (Protein and Liquids
Manufacturing Plants), and E1 Capital Asset Management implementation for an international
food manufacturer. Responsible for managing the relationship with Secure 24 (Managed
Services Vendor), PSGI (Legacy ERP and PLM service provider) and WbCb (Bar coding
vendor).
Other responsibilities included staff management, project management, IT infrastructure support
and candidate screening. My primary focus was on Process Manufacturing and all aspects of
manufacturing planning/MRP.
Sr. Enterprise Solution Architect, PAR Parma/Endo (2016)
Lead E1 manufacturing consultant for both the liquids plant, and the tablets plant, for one of the
ten largest US pharmaceutical controlled substance manufacturers. Responsibilities included
authoring and implementing manufacturing execution E1 shop floor control, total quality
management (CustomTQM) and DEA compliance requirements for controlled substances and
the functional detailed design of recommended and approved software /enhancements. I was
also responsible for the development of their EIM/EDM corporate strategy.
Responsible for the E1 integration design into multiple layers of third party software required to
meet DEA requirements for serialization of controlled substances (Optel, Advanco, MDIS,
Oracle E1 and Tracelink), as well as integration into the clients LIMS platform. I configured the
following manufacturing functions: Inventory, Procurement, Shop Floor Control, Manufacturing
Costing and MRP/MPS. The implementation included operational improvements, short-term and
long-term resource planning, development of Standard Operating policies and Work
Instructions, data warehouse integration, EDI development, as well as, the implementation of
the Model N system.

Responsible for implementing Oracle’s E1 9.1 manufacturing modules (including total quality
management), for an oil and gas producer and successfully took them live six weeks earlier
than projected.

Sr. Enterprise Solution Architect and Business Analyst, Cincinnati Milacron (2015-2016)
Managed and helped author a global Oracle instance for an international manufacturing
company including sites in Germany, India, Ohio, Michigan and Kansas. My teams objective
was to create global business ERP standard process flows that could then be quickly replicated
for future mergers and acquisitions, thereby reducing the time to migrate a new company on to
a single instance of E1 by over 50% (including all required third party integrations). Included in
the work was over 350 delivered UPK’s.
Sr. Project Manager, Akorn/Hi-Tech Pharma (2014-2015)
Directed a team of consultants to merge two pharmaceutical companies migrating the
acquired company from SAP to Oracle E1 9.1. Included in the project was the unplanned for
(i.e., not in the Statement of Work), reimplementation of EDI (180+ trading partners), and
RF/Data Collection (over 70 units in use across a campus of multiple buildings). Unique
challenges included those of transportation management which required the use of refrigerated
LTL carriers and 3PL storage facilities and the development of their corporate EIM/EDM
strategy. In addition I was responsible for TQM and Vault Inventory Control.
