Abu Ayyub al-Ansari radhiallaahu 'anhu narrated, the Prophet sallallaahu'

alaihi wa sallam said, "Whoever fasted Ramadan with the then connect with
the (fasting) six days in Shawwal, the (reward) as he was fasting for a year."
(Narrated by Muslim).

Imam Ahmad and an-Nisaa'i, Tsauban narrated from the Prophet sallallaahu
'alaihi wa sallam said, "Fasting Ramadan the reward is proportional to the
(fast) ten months, while the fasting of six days (in Shawwal, reward) is
proportional to the (fast) two months, then like fasting for a full year. "
(Narrated by Ibn Ibn Khuzaymah and Hubban in "Saheeh" them)

From Abu Hurayrah radhallaahu 'anhu, the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa

sallam said, "Whoever fasted Ramadan and then followed by six days in
Shawwal, it is like have fasted for a year." (Narrated by al-Bazzar)

The reward of fasting Ramadan fasting followed by six days in the month of
Ramadhan fasting to match the reward of a full six days, because each hasanah
(good) rewarded ten times multiples, as already mentioned in the hadeeth
Tsauban in advance.

Used fasting after Ramadan has many benefits, including:

1. Fasting six days in the month of Shawwal after Ramadan, is a perfect

complement and reward of fasting the whole year.

2. Ramadhan fasting and prayer as a Sunnah Sha'ban rawathib, serves as

perfected by the lack, because on the day of Resurrection, Fardhu deeds will
be perfected (completed) with the Sunnah actions. As the information comes
from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in various histories. Fardhu the
fast majority of Muslims do have shortcomings and imperfections, then it
requires something over and perfect it.

the good deeds afterwards. Some wise man said, "The reward good deeds are
good that there afterward." Therefore, whoever the good work and continue

someone does something good and then followed by bad, then it is a sign of
the first charity rejected.

Fasting Ramadan, as mentioned earlier, can bring Maghfirah for the sins of the
past. Ramadan fasting person will get the reward on the day which is Iedul
Fithri day giveaways, so get used after Iedul Fithri fasting is a form of
gratitude for this favor. And indeed there is no greater pleasure than the
remission of sins.

and forgiveness that have been awarded to him is to fast after Ramadan. But if
he actually committing immoral, it including groups of people who respond
with disbelief pleasure. If he intended at the time of fasting to return to
disobedience again, then the fast will not be granted, he is like someone who
built a magnificent building and then destroyed it again. Allah the Exalted
says, "And be not like a woman who describes yarn was spun with great force
to be dispersed again." (Surat an-Nahl: 92)

5. And among the benefits of fasting six days of Shawwaal is that deeds done a
servant to draw closer to the Lord in the month of Ramadan is not lost with
the passing of this noble month, while he was still alive. People who after
Ramadan fasting like a man who hurried back from his escape, the man who
had fled from the war fi Sabilillah then back again. For not the happy little man
with the passing of Ramadan, because they feel heavy, saturated and long
fasting of Ramadan.

Whoever they are so so difficult for him to hasten back to carry out fast, but
those who rush back to perform after Iedul Fithri fasting is evidence a love of
fasting, he did not feel tired and heavy especially hate.

The Salaf who asked about the serious in his worship in the month of
Ramadhan Ramadhan passed but if they do not mean it anymore, he
commented, "The worst people are who do not know the true God, the
Exalted, except in the month of Ramadan alone, whereas the righteous is a
prayer in earnest throughout the year. "

Therefore we recommend people who have debts to pay to start fasting in

Ramadan Shawwal, because it will accelerate the process of freeing itself from
its debt burden. Then proceed with fasting six days of Shawwal. Thus did the
fast of Ramadan and follow it with six days in the month of Shawwal.

Know charitable deeds of a believer that there is no limit to the dying. God
Ta.a 'a said, "And worship your Lord until there come unto you who believed
(dying)." (Surat al-Hijr: 99)

And keep in mind also that prayer and fasting, and Sadaqah used a servant to
draw closer to Allaah during Ramadan is prescribed throughout the year,
because it contains a variety of benefits, including; it as a complement of the
deficiencies found in Fardhu, is one of the factors that brought mahabbah
(love) of God to His servant, for prayers answered, as well as for the abolition
of sin and doubled the reward goodness and elevated position.
