Camp with HSE and following improvement
measures to be implemented-building new

laundry schedule etc.
 Create Camp Committee with
representatives from the residents for the
improvement of the life condition for
residents respecting management directives

 Originating the Village Operational Manual
with procedures,processes applied in all the
Project Camps and Compounds-in June
2015.
 Starting with July 2015 mobilization of a
1200 non manual camp - closing of
construction punch lists, scheduling all the
services for residents;department
manpower requests and training for them;
implementation of work procedures and
supervising deliveries for kitchen,laundry,
gym equipment’s also furniture for the
containers.
 Organizing kitchen activity with daily
menus,control of the stock for raw
material,cleaning team,laundry services.
