Assignment Guidelines for Students on Moodle.

This guideline is a step by step procedure to help students to upload their assignments. And get familiar with Moodle.

Following on the left are the points indicating the task on the balloons in the pictures i.e. Point “1” = and Point “2” =

1. Click on your course

2. Look for the title of your


Exam for example “End
semester Exam”, under find
your exam assignment.
Click on it
A new page will open.

3. There find the button “Add


Submission” and click on it

A New page will open


containing your question
paper and other guidelines.

4. Find the Box with Blue


downwards arrow and
Upload your work by either
drag and drop your file or
click on the blue arrow to
upload files
If you choose to click on the
blue downwards arrow
button a new pop up will
appear (see picture)

5. Click Choose file and


upload the file from your
computer

6.Give name to your file and


click upload this file
7. Be Mindful about the
document files which can be
uploaded

8. Upload the files on the box


either by drag and drop or file
selection

9. Also Notice the file size and


maximum number of files
allowed to be uploaded

10. Make sure all your files


have been uploaded only
then Click on Save Changes
Once you click on save
changes a new page will open
containing all your upload
detail

11. Once you upload your file,


your file is drafted now. You
can still make any changes if
you want by clicking on Edit
Submission.

Upon clicking edit submission


you will be redirected to file
upload page

12. Click on submit


assignment if you want to
fully submit your exam

Note: Once you click on


Submit assignment you
cannot make any changes to
your saved work
Once you click submit a new
disclaimer page will open
asking for your work
originality

13. Check on the disclaimer


after submission of your and
click continue

14. Your assignment is now


submitted.
