RESOLUTION NO 1, SERIES OF 2020

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HON. FERDINAND B. TUBBAN TO

ALLOCATE FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION PESOS ONLY (PHP
1,000,000.00) FOR THE REHAB OF FOOTBRIDGE AT SITIO BOTOL BARANGAY
APATAN, PINUKPUK, KALINGA.

WHEREAS, the attention of the body in regular session was called upon to deliberate and
discuss the motion duly presented by BOD Hon. Jackson D. Balawag concerning the necessity to
rehab the footbridge at Sitio Botol Apatan, Pinukpuk, Kalinga;

WHEREAS, Sitio Botol Apatan, Pinukpuk, Kalinga has a population composed mostly of poor
and miserable farmers whose main source of income totally depend on hard “slash and burn”
farming;

WHEREAS, most of the kaingings are in the remote forest of the western side of Pinukpuk
wherein they have to travel by foot for several hours before reaching the place;

NOW THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED; the Hon. Jackson D. Balawag as authorized

representative to transact official business to the office of the Hon. Governor.

UNANIMOUSLY, carried this 23rd day of February 24, 2020 at Sitio Botol Apatan Pinukpuk
Kalinga.
