Overview of Role Descriptions:

1. Digital Operations Manager:
Ability to Oversee Planning, reporting and auditing & bringing traffic to the
site, Social Media.
Online Retailing, Market Research, Provide Data for Sales
Performance, financial planning for future.
All the product Listings are displayed properly on website, verifying the
discount code applied (If applicable then just make the note of them in which
product name its applied).
Monitors Customer journey throughout the digital shopping.
2. Logistics Manager (Data Gathering):
Bulk ordering operations, Tracking the details via tracking id (After
dispatched of the items).
Return and Exchange Data maintain with order id with customer name.
Relationship with delivering partner (Services) applicable only if we have
Inventory store in future.
Gets the order from the customer and inform me via social channel, so order
item is timely placed and shipped & bringing traffic to the site, Social Media.
Also Assured that customer given the information about the tracking id so
they get/track their shipment timely and entire supply chain data (Order Id, Mobile
Number, Date of order etc) for better future predictions.
3. Digital Marketing Manager:
Charge of bringing traffic to the site, Social Media.
Online or offline business awareness and earn customers.
Co-operate with Digital Operations Manger to ensure about marketing
strategies, discount and user experience.
