Student Government and Supreme Pupil Government in Elementdry ond Secondary Schools,
and DepEd Order No. 11, s. 2016 Additionol Guidelines on the Constitution ond By-Laws of
the Supreme Student Government ond Supreme Pupils Government in Elementory dnd
Secondory Schools, the following dates shall be observed during the elections for the 2020-
2021 Supreme Pupil Government (SPG) and Supreme Student Government (SSG).

Due to Taal Volcano Eruption, proposed dates may be considered. However, districts mostly
affected by the calamity may deviate from the original and proposed schedules.

 3. After the conduct of the SPG/SSG Elections, the School Head or the person in-charge shall
accomplished the Comprehensive Evaluation of the Student Government Elections for the
School (CESGE) Form, provided in the enclosure. Soft and hard copies of the documents shall
be submitted to the School Governance and Operations Division (SGODI through Division
Youth Formation Coordinator on or before March 09, 2020.
