    Greetings in blithe and prosperity!

    This year, our beloved City Division will be hosting the 2018 REGIONAL FESTIVAL OF TALENTS on
    July 6 – 25, 2018. One of the highlights of the celebration is the Socio-Cultural Competition dubbed
    as SINING TANGHALAN which will be participated in by public schools in the region. I am very much
    honored and proud to inform that our very own SPA and Busilak Dance Troupe members will
    represent our City Division for the Bayle sa Kalye.

    With this, may I humbly ask your generous heart to help the group in the financial constraints
    regarding their participation in the above mentioned competition.
