Purpose of the Position:

This position is responsible for:
Heading the MCS branch

Detailed Responsibilities
Process / Sub-Process Responsibilities / Activities
CRM
Business Development
Tender Inputs
Budget preparation
 Customer relationship management, contract servicing and the MCS unit
administration
 Maintaining Client Relationship with Coal India Officials, Colliery Officials, power
sector, and Railway Officials for servicing customer contracts (government & private)
 Conducting Business Development activities and networking both in Public and
Private sectors
 Understanding the local ecosystem, political & regulatory scenario
 Identify the geographical specific target list for Business Development prospect
Providing tender bid submission & documentation support for tender qualification.
Preparing budgets, expense reports and performance reports for MCS unit for
determining the profitability associated with the MCS unit.
