Social Distancing

Throughout the duration of the event, adhere to social distancing measures. This means six feet
away from non-family members.

Face Coverings
All individuals attending should do so with a face covering in accordance with Governor Phil
Murphy’s executive order. Face coverings will be mandatory when using restroom facilities,
when waiting in line for concessions, or in other high-traffic common areas. Face coverings are
strongly recommended at all other times. Players will not be required to wear face masks during
play, but should always be in possession of a face covering.

Health Monitoring
Temperature checks of players, coaches, and personnel working at the venue will be conducted
on site by a contracted athletic training professional. A temperature of 100.4 or higher will trigger
the individual being asked to leave the host site. Players are required to maintain social
distancing upon check in. Anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 should not attend the
event. According to Governor Murphy’s directives, individuals traveling to New Jersey from
states with significant community spread of COVID-19 should be quarantining for a 14-day
period from the time of last contact within the identified state. Therefore, anyone who has visited
any of those states within the last two weeks should not attend the event.

Fan Policies
Fans are recommended to wear masks. Fans are encouraged to bring their own chairs and to
socially distance from all non-family members. Fans should utilize the entire perimeter of the
field while watching the game. Fans are not permitted in the areas directly next to the dugouts. If
a fan returns a foul ball, please return it to the dugout so it can be sanitized before return to
play.

Host Site Policies

In addition to all policies and protocols regarding COVID-19 safety, all players, coaches, fans,
and tournament personnel should adhere to North Brunswick Community Park’s rules
and regulations. This includes following parking instructions, on-field considerations, etc.

No Exceptions
Anybody in attendance who does not adhere to these guidelines will be asked to leave the
event.
