Inspector Jane Bartolome Arcangel is now facing at Regional Trial Court Phillipiines
various criminal and administrative cases and my friends and other victims were tracking
here whereabouts here in Miami , Florida working possibly illegally because of possible
forging or tampering of documents befoe she was interviewed in embassy Manila for
USA working Visa....She is hiding herself now since December 5, 2010 warrant of arrest
has been served. She will possibly at the same time face dual hearings on Florida Board
of Nursing and Florida Attorney General to be scrutinized for the mistakes not only what
she has done to the Republic of the Philippines . But possible she violated various US
laws of forgery and dishonesty. despites she was bailed amounting to 10 thousand many
dont know that dishonesty and forgery or tampering cases is possible revocation of her
Nursing License..and she is insisting of working till now despite there is already warrant
of arrest to hear her criminal charges in the RTC Tuguegarao City Philippines. She must
deport voluntary herself as soon as possible to make those families she victimized not
only Mr. Tumbali the whistle blower to have Peace of Mind.
the family be likewise will be glad that those distractors and detractors in their daily life
would be sorried for their embarashsment, harasshment they did to the victim including
the humiliation SSUPT Sergio Soriano relatives and allies to the families of Mr. Tumbali
and other victims because of his illegal activities until now. SSUPT Sergio Soriano
protected Jane Arcangel to go here in USA to save him from testifying of all the criminal
and administrative complaint filed at ombudsman central office by the victim in 2007.
and the only one who will reveal and number witness to his illegal activities is Inspector
Jane Bartolome Arcangel. Inspector Jane Bartolome Arcangel being the Provincial Chief
Admin did various illegalities to protect former Provincial Director Soriano now
Regional Director of BFP Region 02 the following;
1.) Being the Provincial Admin she forged/tampered documents specially the check of
900 to 1000 firerfighters of Provincial Office Cagayan to go directly to PNB
account...with the special participation of PNB branch director Region 02 and Inspector
Jane Bartolome Arcangel.
2.) There is no Republic Act or Civil service that inspectors are save from logging and
log out..office of the ombudsman just made an alibi..all records in BFP from the time
Jane Arcangel serve as admin officer was required to Log-i and Log -out as per
memorandum of DILG and BFP central office...ombudsman just protected the forgery
case to save former DILG director Marcius Corpus from protection money of Soriano
and ongoing BFP central office Director Rolando Bandilla from the 40 thousand monthly
protection money of Soriano.
8.) I am praying that the wrath of God will only come to the family of SSUPT Sergio
Malupeng Soriano and his allies and I believe that the 10 plaques that Moses revealed to
Egyptian Pharaoh "Ramses" is working. these plaques are:
8.1 sacrificed 16 people in order that 6 fire Inspectors including the fire Marshal of
Tuuegarao City (YOU TUBE -Tuguegarao City Fire Philippines - with 20 film recently
dated December 21, 2010) with the eyes of global Media on YOU TUBE everybody
witnessed this.
8.2 joint Philippine and USA Interpol, ombudsman, police and Board of Nursing Warrant
of Arrest to Inspector Jane BArtolome Arcangel must be in full action before the chain
reaction will follow. I hope Inspector Jane Bartolome Arcdangel sooner will testifyu that
SSUPT SERGIO MAlupeng Soriano have forged 200,000 documents that was kept
illegally at the house of SUperintendent Jesus Piedad Fernandez for safe keeping. This
document were tyransferred from Provincial office to Feranandez home before Soriano
was proclaimed Regional Fire Marshal to save his money laundering Act at the midnight
with the help of 13 Cagayan Colleges of Tuguegarao Trainee Student and all former staff
including me....those documents are tampered gas and supplies receipts from.....wakwak
street , tondo manila,,,and from balikbalik taft street auto and mechanic supplies
amounting to million which are forged and tampered and illegal documents pretending to
have particiapted in biddings...
8.3 if SSUPT Soriano will not relieve himself let God power to get his life by putting his
blood allies and relative and family to accidents. Remember Moses said to Ramises if
you will not free my people in the bondage of graft and corruption and slavery ranging
from 30thousand strong Israelites (put on slavery and laws of ignorance such as people
paying taxes with this corrupt individual aside from giving him public salary) and victims
of money laundering of Soriano and the recent toasted 16 graduate BSN Students and
families of the owner of the hotel Moses said with the Message of our God the most
powerful " Let your first Born child be sacrificed - but this is shocking 16 BSN students
was sacrificed".
And Ramses did not believe this..his favourite child and elder and only child died
instantly before dawn....the magicians and witches RAMSES hired to protect his child

know ...we could expect weeks from now or months from now those collaborators and
allies of Soriano on his meney laundering and gas and supply cutting will experienced
death within their family if they dont act to relieve him as soon as possible...Including the
first born child of Inspector Jane Bartolome ARCANGEL...who until now never
voluntarily surrender to US-Phillippine Board of Nursing and Attorney General/Solicitor
General but instead she resumes her illegal work because if the court found out that she
works on hospital here in USA with forge documents this is illegal.
How about that tragic moments that Mr Tumbali family is suffering that he suffered from
being expelled ..put on AWOL...because he was transferred without any hearing to NPA
infested Area and Jane Arcangel still enjoyed being in the position manning tampering
for years and just laughing that Iam reporting and get to be killed and ambush....this is the
most silly that I never forget based on the testimony of Mr. Tumbali.
If Mr. Tumbali 200 pages of testimony of criminal and administrative case of SSUPT
Serfio Soraino was being garbage and telling that I did not attached a NON forumn
shopping this is the most and best tactics they have and infact my lawyers have submitted
abundant copies of forumn shopping..and I was really shocked until now....and believe it
or not its been hanging for three years why did they did not ruled out immediately a
decision and even white wash it just recently...the tactic they just ruled out a decision to
protect them because new administration is coming to front line to save them such as
Mercedita Gutierrez former Ombudsman Head and Mr Puno DILG secretary who
protected Sortiano it is because of the protection money.
They are just waiting for the right time to reveal their decision but with the Gods wrath
and my fingers putting a mesage to this individuals I cannot say just a simple word the
God exist. I know Mercedita Gutierres and Ricardo Puno ereceived some protection
money from Soriano for his money laundering and other criminal and admin cases and
best solution to succumber and kill my testiminy and complaint wait for new
administration to save them from my revelation of the victims of Arcangel and Soriano.
and wheterher the victim M. Tumbali is still alive because of the long waiting for the
decision . they think Mr. Tumbali is not already interested and have no capabilities and
they think he has no machinery and theri secret association is most capable of all evil
acts..They were mistaken facebook global media would track them down till the last
breath..and that's why on December 20, at midnight before dawn the plaque sent signal to
Soriano and Inspector Arcangel ..Gods said let Soriano Hang himself but his fellow allies
like Marcoius Corpus of DILG and Rolando Bandilla let him be pardoned and retained to
have our retainers fee be activated and be increased.
5.) other plaque soon to happen is for othe allies and collaborators of SSUPT Sergio
Malupeng Soriano his mosyt trusted and best fren the ongoing chief BFP central office
General Rolando Bandilla and undersecretary Marcius Corpus who received a monthly
retainers fee of 40 thousand prtotecting money laun dering act of SSUPT soriano pending
in the office of the ombudsman...let the plaque of death to your family Marcius Corpus
and Bandilla until now it is very crystal clear out of all regional fire marshal only SSUPT
Sergio malupeng Soriano was not transgferred from 2006 until now. to retain their
protection money and to resume illegal activities.,....Imagine God Disciples such as rector
and priest from Monsignor to Bishop are transfgerred to avoid being exposed to much to
lords shephers or people but this tactics of retaining Soriano is an evil karma to the eyes
of God...let the Karma be minimize..please relieve hin or remove her from Regional
Director BFP Region 02 to avoid karma and more lives and properties to be destroyed.
