General objective:
The general objective of this study is to explore the influence of leadership on Organizational
Citizenship Behavior and employee's attitude.
Specific objective
4. To identify the relationship between task- focused leadership behavior and employees
attitude.
Since this research aims to explain the influence of leadership on Organizational Citizenship
Behavior and employee's attitude in Nepal, the following set of alternative hypotheses are drawn
to accomplish the study.
Ho1: There is no significant relationship between relationship- focused leadership behavior and
Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
Ho2: There is no significant relationship between relationship- focused leadership behavior and
Employees attitude.
Ho3: There is no significant relationship between task - focused leadership behavior and
Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
