Apreciado señor Secretario:

Reciba usted un cordial y grato saludo desde el municipio de Saravena Arauca,

agradeciendo la atención prestada por su parte, quiero darle a conocer lo
siguiente; siento preocupación por la forma como algunos aspectos destructivos y
perjudiciales derivados de la tecnología son consecuencia de la incapacidad del
gobierno y las industrias para predecir o evaluar los posibles efectos negativos del
desarrollo acelerado de productos tecnológicos. Si bien es cierto existen vías
tecnológicas que si contribuyen al cuidado de la naturaleza, como por ejemplo la
digitalización, autos eléctricos, entre otros. Pero, por lo tanto los avances
tecnológicos no dejan de ser un factor contaminante en el medio ambiente, sobre
todo en el aire que necesitamos a diario para vivir. Veo el futuro de nuestro
planeta terrible, cada vez más estamos cometiendo ciertos delitos en su contra,
como la tala de árboles, la contaminación del aire causada por ciertas compañías
petroleras que liberan demasiados gases tóxicos, así como los automóviles que no
hacen un buen mantenimiento. Pero todos estos inconvenientes también son
positivos, ya que la tecnología hoy en día nos brinda información para poder
contrarrestar estos problemas que causamos al medio ambiente. Podemos poner
en práctica muchas de estas alternativas que la tecnología hoy en día nos brinda,
con un buen sentido de pertenencia, respetando lo que la naturaleza nos brinda, y
sobre todo aprendiendo y poniendo en marcha el término de educación ambiental,
y así mejorar nuestra calidad de vida y dejarle un mejor ambiente a nuestras
generaciones.

Dear Mr. Secretary:

Receive a cordial and pleasant greeting from the municipality of Saravena Arauca,
thanking you for your attention, I want to welcome you to know the following; I am
concerned about the way in which some destructive and harmful aspects derived
from technology are a consequence of the inability of the government and
industries to predict or evaluate the possible negative effects of the accelerated
development of technological products. Although it is true, there are technological
pathways that are in the care of nature, such as digitization, electric cars, among
others. But, therefore, technological advances are still a polluting factor in the
environment, especially in the air, as we need a newspaper to live. I see the future
of our terrible planet, more and more we are committing certain crimes against it,
such as deforestation, air pollution caused by certain oil companies that release
too many toxic gases, as well as cars that are not well maintained . But all these
drawbacks are also positive, since technology today provides us with information to
counteract these problems that cause the environment. We can put into practice
many of these alternatives that technology offers us today, with a good sense of
belonging, respecting what nature offers us, and above all learning and
implementing the term of environmental education, and thus improve our quality of
life and leave a better environment for our generations.
