1. There are some compelling reasons are cited to support fighting against climate change in
lieu of living with it. First, since the average increasing in Earth’s global temperature pushes

2. Nevertheless, there are a whole host of reasons to support space researches. First, today
people must face with population explosion thus investing in new shelter-seeking for future
generations is considered a fruitful solution in the long run. In fact, overpopulation causes
deficiency in essential resources such as food, clean water and other problems such as
contamination, the lack of accommodation, which is imperative to seek land suitable for
people’s resettlement before those problems become unmanageable for the capacity of our
planet. Second, notwithstanding the difficulty of space projects to seek a potential backup, these
researches also help gradually shape our view of the whole universe. Clearly, in recent years
space programs bring unprecedented enormous knowledge about the world outside such as the
discovery of close resemblance between the Earth and the planet Mars, which helps broaden
our horizon.

Nowadays, many people think that we should live with climate change instead of preventing it.
Do you agree or not?

In recent decades, global warming has been receiving a great deal of public attention due to its
substantial impacts on human life. Although this idea of coexistence between climate change and
humans appears plausible, we should find out other practical approaches to combat climate change
instead of accepting it in the long run.

There are a number of reasons why some inline to the idea of coexisting with climate change. First,
since the impacts of climate change are significant, we are not strong enough to resist the laws of
nature. For example, Japan annually suffers from earthquakes, or some of the Asian coastal countries
always annually worry about the typhoon shaped by their geographic locations, thus combating
climate change is in vain. Second, by harnessing the proliferation of technology or erecting solid
buildings, supporters suggest that living with clime change is straightforward. For example, cutting-
edge technology has allowed people to minimize the most detrimental impacts of severe disasters,
saving millions of lives.
Nevertheless, there are a number of reasons why the coexistence can do more harm than good. First,
since climate change is largely shaped by human-caused geoengineering rather than nature itself,
humans should take responsibility for that. This means exhaust fumes from vehicles and gas
emissions from factories contribute to leaving a sheer volume of carbon footprint into the air, which in
turn intensifies global warming. In addition, if climate change is inevitably exacerbated, it causes
more big losses. For example, humans will suffer more from severer storms, massive destructions, or
even species extinction which is irreversible, leaving humans at stake

In conclusion, the hypothesis of living with climate change should be rejected. By actively combating
natural disasters and making the environment friendlier, people can live sustainably in their own
ecosystem.

A number of other compelling reasons will be put forward to support that people should fight climate
change instead of living with it. Global warming will push many animals to extinction or kill many
species. For example, in light of melting ice, many animals, like the Polar Bear will manage to find
shelter and food, which will affect food chain in the long run if the species extinction happens, by
extension, directly threaten humans living within the same ecosystem. In addition, climate change will
melt ice, and this leads to sea encroachment. In many areas where people live along the coast, such
as Vietnam or The Philippines, the encroachment of land will lead to the loss of land for people’s
daily activities and economic development.
