National Trainer Assessment Task

Purpose:
1. Provide training on the features and contents of the common core and specific toolboxes

2. Demonstrate and provide opportunities to trainers on how to use the toolboxes in a


training context

3. Equip the trainers with the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to successfully deliver
training on using the toolboxes to other teachers/educators in their respective countries
and in the other AMS

Objectives:
For a given ASEAN CATC Tool Box Competency, using provided templates,

1. Prepare the following training documents

a. Learning /Training Plan

b. Learning/Training Program

c. Learning /Training Plan Self Review

d. OneSession Plans (@minimum 2 hour lesson plans)

e. Suggested Assessment strategy competency linkage.

2. Deliver a 25 minute training session demonstrating your training plan methodology

a. Provide examples of how you have incorporated the ASEAN Toolbox Resource

3. Provide an evaluation of your training session by providing

a. Completed feedback forms from the participants

b. Completed observer check list

c. Completed Self Evaluation and reflection sheet
