1. Launch Einstein Application, load an account and Launch a Toolkit and an ITG
a. Please use a test account
b. Only launch is required for toolkit and itg
4. Right click User Defined , select New and Click Data Collector Set
5. Follow the steps below to create a Data Collector Set
6. Make sure the highlighted options are verified and setup as image below
7. Select the Directory, where you have the access for saving data like in my case I selected
C:\Perflogs
11. Right click on your newly created data collector set, select New and click Data Collector
12. Give a name and Select Performance Counter Data Collector Set
13. Click Next
16. From the new Popup add Following counters under the process
a. You can press Control and Click all the counters below
17. Under the Instances of Selected Objects (Highlighted in Step 15), select all the Chrome instances
(in this case 10 (Chrome 0-9))
18. Click Add
19. On Adding all the counters will be visible on Right side (Added Counters Column)
20. Next Select Processor Counter and expand it to select the counters under step 21
21. Counters to be added under Processor
22. Under Instances of Selected Object Select Total
23. Click Add
24. Ensure Processor counters are available on the right Column and Click Ok
25. All the counters should be available on this screen and click Next
26. Select Open properties and Click Finish
29. In properties update the Log format to comma separated and ensure sample Interval is 5
seconds and click apply
30. Add Admin credentials if and when promted
31. Click Ok
32. To start gathering the data,
a. Click Data Collector set on the right side (E360A_Perf_UI in this case)
b. Click the highlighted Green/Play button in the Menu bar
c. Verify the file is created in the Directory specified in Step 7
i. You will also get the location under Output column (refer step 33)
33. To end collection of data, press the black Stop Button
