Comments:
Lan demonstrated a professional and committed approach to learning about the operation of a
school, as well as, broadening her knowledge of teaching and learning activities. In the classroom,
she contributed to a positive classroom environment, assisting students individually, as well as in
small groups, providing support for students across a range of subjects within stage 4. She
assisted staff in organisational and administrative tasks relevant to teaching and school
procedures. Lan was punctual and responded to the needs of students from diverse linguistic,
cultural, religious and socio-economic backgrounds. She was a reflective practitioner who
collaborated well with staff and engaged in conversations to broaden her knowledge of teaching
pedagogy.
