System Overview
Our application is platform independent at the server side, and allow Windows
operating system from client side to connect to the application over intranet or
internet. Data mining and warehousing support, providing multi-dimensional view of
data, MIS and DSS reports is desirable from the application
System Architecture
Metering
Meter Management MM module manages meter inventory, issue and
consumption. This module is tightly integrated with
billing and Field services.
Other Features in this module are Meter testing and
Tamper Analysis.
Meter Data Analysis This module features extensive meter data analysis
to check on Electricity theft by means of Tampering
the meter.
Automated Meter Reading This module empowers utility to capture & monitor
meters on demand. The Module has option for
PSTN, GSM, GPRS, CDMA, RS485, RS232 and
RJ485 connections. Also this module supports
DLMS and Modbus protocols.
CMRI & hand held devices This module empowers utility to capture data on the
spot. These tools can be used to download
electronic meters, generate energy bills at doorstep,
generate payment receipts and other similar
functions.
Billing
Billing Engine The strength of Billing Engine module is Calculator
engine, which due to its generic nature and open
platform allows user to even configure complex
formulas easily. Its Multi threaded architecture adds
exponential computing power.
Revenue Cycle Management RCM allows user to schedule and monitor complete
revenue cycle from meter reading to bill distribution.
It helps user to assess performance and take
decision with complete up to date information.
Customer Management
CRM CRM provides one stop access to all services
directly related to customer. It provides platform to
register complaints, assign and track status online.
The system is integrated with other systems to feed
and capture data online.
Call Center Module Call center module is an integral part of CRM. This
allows Call center agents to register consumer
complaints online and respond to queries related to
complaint status and process information. In depth
knowledge base with smart searching features
provides platform for quick response.
Website Website provides utility a platform to interact with its
consumers, it also allows utility to present its
planning and vision in form of initiatives, projects
and events. Integrated website serves as a
databank for information related to process queries,
contact persons, etc. It also provides interface for
complaint registration, status update, online
payment etc.
Finance
Payment Collection Module This modules provides both online and offline
platforms for payment collection. The module has
features like Barcode, verisign, SSL layer, 16-bit
encryption, auto sync & counter wise accounting to
enable flexibility at user without compromising on
security.
Field Services
Job allocation Module This module is supported by inbuilt fuzzy logic to
generate random tokens for job allocation. This
provides sufficient rotation of field staff to improve
quality service.
Order Monitoring Module This module tracks and register activities related to
allocated jobs to assist optimum utilization of
resources.
Fleet Management Module Typically utilities have huge fleet for Outage and
management and consumer services. Fleet
management system tracks fleet positions by using
technologies like SMS and GPS, maintain their
health records and generate various analysis
reports for optimum utilization and planning.
Technical
Asset Management System AMS maintains database of various technical
hardware installed in field. The prime objective is
optimized performance in operations by planning
and monitoring Preventive maintenance and
periodic health checkup. This system also provides
input to financial systems.
Outage Management System OMS provides Real Time monitoring of HT, LT & No
current faults. This system is fully integrated with
System Control, Circle Control, Call Center,
Breakdown Offices and Local Complaint Centers.
Automation & control This system covers features for remote monitoring,
online data capturing and remote controlling. The
core engine is designed to use a library of protocols
to interact and control various hardware installed.
The protocol library an open architecture platform
wherein multiple protocols can reside and are
available as required.
Energy Management System EMS consist of various tools for Grid Balancing,
