My start day at 05:50 a.m. hour when I wake up, I get ready.
06:30 to 09:30 a.m. We take the bikes out of the parking lot with my son and we are going
to do a bit of cycling for a 3-hour ride that takes us up to the town of Pasquilla and back to
the house again.
09:30 to 10:30 a.m. I arrive at my house after having done the bicycle tour, a good shower
to rest the body and a simple breakfast prepared by my wife.
10:30 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. A good time with the family watching a good movie on Netflix
11:50 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. lunch is planned, ingredients are bought and prepared as a family.
2:00 pm. at 3:00 pm. Lunch is shared with the family, all gathered in the dining room with
a good dialogue.
3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. We are going to visit the family, either by my wife or by mine.

DOMINGO

buen duchazo para descansar el cuerpo y un merecido desayuno preparado por mi esposa.
10:30 a 11:50 a.m. un buen rato en familia viendo una buena película en Netflix
11:50 a 14:00 p.m. se planea el almuerzo se compran los ingredientes y se prepara en
familia.
14:00 a 15:00 p.m. se comparte en familia el almuerzo todos reunidos en el comedor con
un buen dialogo
15:00 a 18:00 p.m. nos vamos a visitar la familia bien sea por parte de mi esposa o de la
mía.
18:00 a 19:30 p.m. organizamos una cena muy suave y sana, compartimos en familia estos
alimentos
19:30 a 21:30 p.m. nos acostamos en el cuarto los cuatro y vemos una película de acción o
de comedia, después cada uno para su cuarto a descansar para dar inicio a la rutina de la
semana.

las revistas de los 20 puestos que se deben cubrir donde haya personal de seguridad,
verificando que se encuentran en sus puestos cumpliendo con las consignas, estén bien
presentados y que no haya novedades.
Dentro de este horario y en el recorrido se saca el tiempo para consumir los alimentos como
lo es el desayuno, el almuerzo y unas onces los cuales pueden variar el horario dependiendo
los factores del clima, tránsito y novedades que se presenten en los puestos a visitar dentro
del recorrido.
19:30 a 23:00 p.m. me encuentro ya en mi casa donde me pego un baño, comparto una cena
con mi familia, vemos las noticias y reviso las actividades de la universidad para
desarrollarlas.
TUESDAY

11:30 a 15:00 p.m. realizo relevos de almuerzo de dos puestos que tengo asignados dentro

15:00 a 18:00 p.m. se continua con el recorrido de la zona asignada.
19:30 a 23:00 p.m. me encuentro ya en mi casa donde me pego un baño, comparto una cena
con mi familia, vemos las noticias y reviso las actividades de la universidad para
desarrollarlas.

07:30 a 18:00 p.m. se realiza el recorrido por la zona asignada por la empresa para realizar
las revistas de los 20 puestos que se deben cubrir donde haya personal de seguridad,
verificando que se encuentran en sus puestos cumpliendo con las consignas, estén bien
presentados y que no haya novedades.
Dentro de este horario y en el recorrido se saca el tiempo para consumir los alimentos como
lo es el desayuno, el almuerzo y unas onces los cuales pueden variar el horario dependiendo

SATURDAY

The day starts at 06:15 a.m. It is the time when I wake up.
06:15 to 07:20 a.m., my bathroom, my dress took something client and I located in the

07:30 to 08:40 am I meet in the study with my laptop receiving the psychosocial risk
tutoring taking notes.
08:40 to 09:10 a.m. I eat the breakfast my wife made.

11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. I am in the study in the English tutoring participating in the
activities
13:00 to 14:15 p.m. I share with my family the lunch that my wife prepared and organize
the kitchen.
14:15 to 15:00 p.m. we lie down to rest lunch.
3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. We went out to the park with our dog Spaick, we played soccer, we
ran and we ate ice cream.
5:20 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. We meet at home with my family, we make dinner, we watch a
movie and we share a pyre corn among all of us.

SABADO

Se inicia el día a las 06:15 a.m. es la hora en la cual me despierto.

06:15 a 07:20 a.m. me baño, me visto tomo algo cliente y me ubico en el estudio para dar
inicia a la clase.
07:30 a 08:40 a.m. me encuentro en el estudio con mi portátil recibiendo la tutoría de
riesgo psicosocial tomando apuntes.
08:40 a 09: 10 a.m. me como el desayuno que preparo mi esposa.
09:15 a 10:50 a.m. me encuentro en la tutoría de riesgo público.
10:50 a 11:25 a.m. voy ala tienda a comprar lo del almuerzo con mi esposa.
11:30 a 13:00 p.m. estoy en el estudio en la tutoría de ingles participando en las actividades
13:00 a 14:15 p.m. comparto con mi familia el almuerzo que preparo mi esposa y organizo la
cocina.

14:15 a 15:00 p.m. nos recostamos a reposar el almuerzo.

15:00 a 17:00 p.m. salimos al parque con nuestro perro Spaick, jugamos futbol, corremos y nos
comemos un helado.

17:20 a 21:00 p.m. nos encontramos en la casa con mi familia hacemos la cena, vemos una
película y compartimos un maíz pira entre todos.
