Resumen

La Zonificación Ecológica y Económica (ZEE) es un proceso de análisis técnico e

integral de un departamento, provincia, distrito o cuenca, que permite la identificación
de las diferentes alternativas de uso sostenible y ocupación del territorio, basado en la
evaluación de sus potencialidades y limitaciones utilizando criterios físicos, biológicos,
sociales, económicos y culturales. La ZEE propone recomendaciones de uso y
ocupación ordenada del territorio.

Una vez aprobada la Zonificación Ecológica y Económica, se convierte en un

instrumento técnico y orientador del uso sostenible de un territorio y de sus recursos
naturales, de gran utilidad para la toma de decisiones y la gestión del territorio por sus
autoridades, la sociedad civil y todo aquel ciudadano que necesite realizar alguna
actividad en el territorio.

La ZEE es un instrumento técnico del Ordenamiento Territorial (OT) y que a nivel de

Microzonificación Ecológica y Económica del A.A. H.H. Laderas de Chillón del distrito
de Puente Piedra, se realizará un estudio para poder tener mayor información las
necesidades y condiciones en que se encuentra esa parte del territorio y realizando la
gestión del territorio proponiendo la ocupación ordenada del territorio.

Abstrac

Ecological and Economic Zoning (EEZ) is a process of technical and comprehensive

analysis of a department, province, district or basin, which allows the identification of
the different alternatives for sustainable use and occupation of the territory, based on
the evaluation of their potential and limitations using physical, biological, social,
economic and cultural criteria. The EEZ proposes recommendations for the orderly use
and occupation of the territory.

Once the Ecological and Economic Zoning has been approved, it becomes a technical
and guiding instrument for the sustainable use of a territory and its natural resources,
very useful for decision-making and management of the territory by its authorities, civil
society and all those citizens who need to carry out some activity in the territory.

The EEZ is a technical instrument of the Territorial Organization (OT) and that at the
level of Ecological and Economic Microzoning of the A.A. H H. Hillsides of Chillón of
the Puente Piedra district, a study will be carried out in order to have more information
about the needs and conditions in which this part of the territory is located and by
carrying out the management of the territory proposing the orderly occupation of the
territory.
