Summary of Skill & Experience:

Fibre2Fashion Pvt Ltd (Jan 2020 till date)

 Currently working at Fibre2fashion Pvt Ltd as Sr. Executive - HR since Jan - 2020 till date.
 At F2f I am responsible for Managing HRMS, Attendance, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Visa Process,
HR- operation, ESIC/PF at all levels & for all locations (Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi).
 Making new joiner comfortable with effective on boarding process.
 Carrying out Induction program regarding the company policies (Leave, timings, probation, confirmation,
referral incentive) and rules related to working at all department levels. It also involves listing out job
prospect and defining roles and responsibilities, thus getting the new employees in tune with the working
standards of the company.
 Conducting floor visit for better understanding of the overall structure of the organization.
 Co-ordinating with Network Team for Cyberoam, creation of new Email – ID & password, for webmail
login URL.
 Also coordinating for PC Allotment, sitting arrangement prior to the joining of new candidates.
 Enrolling employee in HRMS by creating employee ID & also merging device enrollment ID in the
software.
 Consolidating data regarding new joinees for Login of HRMS.
 Emailing employee detail form to employees with PF related details as well – Aadhar card and Pancard.
 Maintaining end – to – end data of employees in the software from joining till exit.
 Taking care of timely bank account opening of new joinees by co-ordination with bank executives.
 Preparing monthly HR – MIS reports & daily task related reports.
 Co-ordination with the Consultant regarding ESIC / PF Documentation. Emailing the details to consultant
-Aadhar & Pan (Every Month).
 Catalysing personal Files (Maintaining Old employees files & New for new Joinees).
 Planning & organising all cultural activities on monthly basis through cultural team formation.
 Co-ordinating for the internal Training if required.
 Preparing Following Letter:1) offer letter, 2) Appointment letter, 3) Increment and promotion letter ,4)
Confirmation letter.
 Creating New forms & Letters for certain new Initiatives.
 Providing the signed / Scanned letter to the respective Employee.
 Resolving queries related to HRMS, leaves, miss – punch, Salary.
 Preparing Mediclaim reports with co -ordination of accounts team.
 Communication with Visa vendors for Segregation of all required documents from company side &
employee side.
 Concluding ticket booking & hotel booking via booking .com for official trips of employees
 And collecting all the required data required in this process (passport, photos, invitation letter, IT returns,
bank statements, insurance etc)
 Conducting exit interviews by sending the interview forms to employees prior their last date of working.
 Executing any other general work if required.
 Handling grievance if the  employees are facing any dissatisfaction or complaints.

STARLINE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD (Sep 2018 - Jan 2020)

 Worked at Starline Solutions Pvt Ltd as HR Manager since September 2018 till January - 2020.
 At Starline Solutions I am responsible for Managing IT Recruitment & Selection for all levels.
 Making new joiner comfortable with effective on boarding process.
 Carrying out Orientation regarding the company policies and rules. It also involves listing out job prospect
and defining roles and responsibilities, thus getting the new employees in tune with the working of the
organization.
 To incorporate a training program for every new employee based on the skill set required for their job. It
will further also contribute towards employee motivation and retention.
 Monitoring attendance and tracking leaves.
 Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
 Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
 Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance.
