As our English teacher tolled to us to Write done a report to the director of University of Gujrat to make
aware about online classes problems

Report

Recently Higher Education Commission has announced for the online classes in the universities as an
alternative to maintain the education in this pandemic situations of Covid-19. However, different protests
have taken place_ particularly in Pakistan where Internet is a question mark.
An online class eliminates the human connection that a face-to-face, in-house teaching environment
provides. An online instructor cannot gauge the mood, involvement and engagement level of her
students the way she can in a traditional lecture-based classroom. An educator's ability to adapt her
course material and presentation according to her students' reactions is at the core of an enriching
learning experience. This is lost in an online class setting.

Teaching is exceptionally difficult to do well. Many educators spend much of their professional lives
striving to engage, motivate, nurture and truly enlighten their students. If educators aren’t expertly
trained to handle the technological details of an online class, many of the skills and tools they’ve
developed to teach in a more traditional setting will prove worthless. For example, discussion boards
are one of the main technological tools used to connect students and teachers in an online setting. If the
instructor has difficulty navigating a discussion board, it will jeopardize the success of the class.

In addition, students enrolled in online classes aren’t able to interact with their fellow classmates.
Instead of being able to form study groups face to face, students in online classes rely primarily on
email to interact with others.

Without the class physically in front of the professor, the instruction options are limited. Class
material is often presented through online postings, chat rooms and possibly videos of lectures.
The learning is often self-paced with students logging in to review the material when convenient.
This gives the professor little opportunity to tailor the instruction to the students in the class. In
front of a live class, he can make adjustments as he goes or change his direction based on the
reactions of the class. Online classes also miss out on class experiments or projects. In a
traditional classroom, students are able to participate in hands-on learning experiences.

An online class makes it easier for students to procrastinate and participate as little as possible.
In a traditional class, students are expected to show up for every class session. Some professors
use attendance as part of a student's grade. The professor is better able to control participation in
the class. Online learning puts more accountability on the student to participate. Students may do
only enough to complete the assignments. Some online learners struggle with managing their
time to do the coursework. Distractions at home often cause focus difficulties.

Conclusion
Although We all the students of universities have demand from the HHC to salve our issues .and
give some scholarships or devices to make connection with system of our universities and also
make deal with network company to provide us some personal students packages .and also do
some cunctation with us in semester fee.
